المستخلص: This study aimed to identify the relationship of psychosocial compatibility with the motivation to achieve among students in the third and fourth years of middle school. This is with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding of the personality of the pupil at this stage and identifying the differences among middle school pupils in respect to the level of psycho-social compatibility level and the motivation to achieve, in light of the gender variable. The study relied upon the descriptive approach which provides the researcher with a better understanding of the phenomenon in question. The data collection was based on a set of tools: Attiya Hana's Psychosocial Compatibility Measure/Scale and Hermaner’s Measure/scale of Achievement. The researcher used the following statistical methods: The arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Alpha-Kronbach coefficient, Half-hash, iterations and percentages and Pearson correlation coefficient, in addition to the use of “T” test.
The sample of the psychometric study consisted of 35 male and female pupils of middle school education in order to ascertain the validity/accuracy and consistency of the study tools. In addition, a main was composed consisting of 150 pupils of the middle school level, divided between males and females. The sample was selected randomly.
The study revealed the following results:
- There is a correlation between the levels of psychological compatibility and the level of the motivation to achieve among third and fourth grade pupils of middle school.
- There is a correlation between the levels of social compatibility and the level of the motivation to achieve among third and fourth grade pupils of middle school.
- There are differences in the levels of psychosocial compatibility and the motivation to achieve among third and fourth grade pupils of middle school attributable to the gender variable.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى علاقة التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي بدافعية الانجاز لدى التلاميذ السنة الثالثة والرابعة متوسط، وهذا بهدف التعمق في شخصية التلميذ في هذه المرحلة، ومعرفة الفروق بين تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة في مستوى التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي ودافعية الانجاز في ضوء متغير الجنس، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الذي يحقق للباحثة فهما أفضل للظاهرة موضع البحث، وقد تم لاعتماد في جمع البيانات على مجموعة من الأدوات تمثلت في: مقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي ل "عطية هنا" ومقياس دافعية الانجاز "هيرمانر". وقد استخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الاحصائية التالية: المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومعامل ألفا لكرونباخ، والتجزئة النصفية والتكرارات والنسب المئوية، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، واستخدام اختبار (ت) T test.
وتكونت عينة الدراسة السيكو مترية من (35) تلميذ وتلميذه من تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم المتوسط بهدف التأكد من صدق وثبات أدوات الدراسة، كما تكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (150) تلميذ من تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم المتوسط موزعين بين ذكور وإناث، وقد تم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية.
وبينت الدراسة النتائج التالية:
-توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين درجات التوافق النفسي ودرجات دافعية الانجاز لدى تلاميذ المرحلة السنة الثالثة والرابعة متوسط.
-توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين درجات التوافق الاجتماعي ودرجات دافعية الانجاز لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة والرابعة متوسط.
-توجد فروق في درجات التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي ودافعية الإنجاز بين تلاميذ المرحلة السنة الثالثة والرابعة متوسط تعزي لمتغير الجنس.

Cette étude visait à identifier l'adaptation psychologique et la réalisation de la motivation sociale parmi les étudiants de troisième et quatrième année, et cela dans le but d'approfondir la personnalité de l'élève, à ce stade, et de connaître les différences entre les élèves de la phase intermédiaire du niveau psychosocial de compatibilité et de motivation à la réussite à la lumière variable sexe, et adopté l'étude sur l'approche descriptive qui permet d'atteindre le chercheur une meilleure compréhension du phénomène en question, Il a misé sur la collecte de données sur une gamme d'outils: mesurer le consensus psychologique et social pour "ATIA HONA » et la mesure de motivation à la réussite "HERMANRE." Le chercheur a utilisé les méthodes suivantes statistiques: la moyenne arithmétique, l'écart type et le coefficient alpha de CRONBACH, à mi-parcours de détail et les fréquences et les pourcentages, et Pearson coefficient de corrélation, et l'utilisation de T. test
L'échantillon de l'étude comprenait psychométrique échantillon (35) élèves masculins et féminins des élèves niveau moyen d'éducation afin d'assurer la validité et la fiabilité des outils d'étude, et l'échantillon se composait de l'étude de base (150) disciple de l'enseignement moyen divisé entre hommes et femmes, ont été choisis au hasard.
L'étude a montré les résultats suivants:
• Aucune corrélation entre le degré d'adaptation psychologique et les degrés de motivation à la réussite chez les élèves de la troisième et quatrième année moyenne.
• Aucune corrélation entre le degré d'harmonie sociale et les degrés de motivation à la réussite chez les élèves de troisième et quatrième année moyenne.
• Il existe des différences dans le degré de compatibilité psychologique et sociale et motivation à la réussite chez les élèves de la troisième et quatrième année moyenne en raison de la variable sexe.
