المستخلص: The Palestine case was since broke out inside in the interesting of the Arab countries in generally and Syria in particularly side because there were moral and solidarity ties through the nationality and clash the Arabian liberation role with Israeli role as Syria considered Israel was not enemy of the Palestinians only but it was enemy to whole Arab nation. Therefore the Syrian influence on the Palestinian case was very important because Syrian has important role inside the Arab world. The study of the Palestine case in all its aspects and details were very important that it deserved objective research in academic side therefore we select the study of the Syrian situation towards Palestine case (1970-1982). The start of the study was 1970 because in this year the war broke out between Jordanians and Palestinians that it called black September war in addition the rule of Hafez al- Assad in Syria while the year 1982 it formed the end of the study, it was the year of the Israeli attacking against Palestinian liberation organization. The era has been extended (1970-1982) rapid changes and contrasts therefore the subject of the study to seek for several questions including. how Syria dealt with events in Palestinian ? what the policy of the Syria towards to Palestinian voluntarily working ? did the policy same it with commandos in Syria ? what did Syria situation from the war Palestinians with Jordan?

These questions and other, we will try to seek answers in the study that it divided into four chapters with introduction and conclusion. The chapter one of the study (Syria and Palestinian case 1964-1969) this chapter involved three sections , the first explained the Syria situation towards to establishment of the Palestinian liberation organization (1964), the second explained the Syria situation towards to war of June , the third explained the Syria situation from Palestinian voluntarily working (1968-1969). The chapter two (the Syrian situation from the developments of the Palestinian case from 1970-1974) that involved three sections. the first it studied the Syrian situation from events of black September (1970) and the events that related with its crisis , the second involved arrival of Hafez al- Assad (1970) while the third concentrated on the war of October 1973. The chapter three discussed the subject (fluctuation Syrian situation towards the Palestinian case 1975- 1978) it involved three sections. The first involved the civilian war in Lebanese 1975, the second involved the war of Syrian and Palestinian while the third studied the visitation al- Sadat to Israel 1977. The chapter four (Syrian policy towards the Palestinian case 1978-1982) that involved three sections. the first included the study the Syrian situation from Israeli invasion 1978 ,the second involved Syria and events period 1980-1981, while the third involved the Syrian situation from Israeli war against Palestinian liberation organization 1982. The conclusion has been focused to a statement highlights the findings of the study during the period (1970-1982) have reached the following conclusions: Syria considered the Palestinian case as it’s the main case: -The war 1967 formed main role in the area of the Arabian after the Israeli invasion. - Syria considered Palestinian presence for her very important and it has strategic role. - Arrival Hafez al- Assad was important point in the history of Syria. - Changing the Syrian situation towards Palestinian after civilian war 1975. - The Syrian policy formed pressure power that prevented the Arab situation from all down in this period. - The war 1982 and exist the resistance of the Lebanon of the worst period in the history of the Palestinian.
