المستخلص: This study aimed to explore the level of tolerance culture among Palestinian youth: point of view of the students of Al-Quds Open University in Tulkarm, for this purpose a questionnaire designed to collect data on a sample of (347) students from Al-Quds Open University in Tulkarem branch. The sample was selected randomly and classified according to the variables of gender, specialization. The study showed that a culture of tolerance level among students was a high level since the results showed the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of the culture of tolerance among students depending on the variables: age, years of schooling; and for the benefit of groups of students and adults in the third and fourth years. While the results showed the other hand, the absence of significant differences in the level of a culture of tolerance among these students depending on the variables: gender, specialization, and place of residence. The results also indicated the presence of a positive correlation between the level of the culture of tolerance and the level of academic achievement of the students. Based on the finding of the study, the researcher recommended several recommendation: the most important one is the need to consolidate the values of tolerance as a culture among students through conducting scientifical and methodological activities and extra-curricular programs.

هدفت الدراسة استكشاف مستوي ثقافة التسامح لدي طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة في فرع طولكرم، لهذا الغرض طبقت استبانة أعدت لجمع البيانات على عينة مكونة من (347) طالباً وطلبة من جامعة القدس المفتوحة في فرع طولكرم، تم اختيارهم بطريقة طبقية عشوائية تبعاً على متغيري الجنس والتخصص، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوي ثقافة التسامح لدي الطلبة كان بمستوي مرتفع كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوي ثقافة التسامح لدي الطلبة تبعاً إلى متغيرات: العمر وسنوات الدراسة؛ وذلك لصالح فئات الطلبة الكبار ومن ذوي السنة الرابعة والثالثة. بينما أظهرت النتائج من أخرى عدم وجو فروق جوهرية في مستوي ثقافة التسامح لدي هؤلاء الطلبة تبعاً على متغيرات: الجنس، والتخصص والعملي، ومكان السكن. وأشارت النتائج أيضاً وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين مستوي ثقافة التحصيل الأكاديمي لدي الطلبة. نوقشت هه النتائج، تم اقتراح عدة توصيات كان أهمها ضرورة ترسيخ قيم التسامح كثقافة لدي الطلبة من خلال برامج موجهة وخطط علمية والأنشطة المنهجية وغير المنهجية.
