المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تنمية الاتجاه الإيجابي نحو اللغة العربية لأولياء أمور تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مدارس اللغات، وبالتالي انتقال هذا الاتجاه إلى أطفالهم، مما يزيد من دافعية الأطفال لتعلم اللغة العربية (لغة قومية) وسرعة اكتساب مهاراتها، واستخدامها قدر المستطاع في أنشطة الحياة اليومية وفي المواقف الواقعية للطفل. وقد اعتمد تصميم البرنامج على التمكين اللغوي لأولياء الأمور، واشتقاق أهم معايير التمكين اللغوي اللازم توافرها لديهم، وإيضاح أهمية اللغة العربية بوصفها لغة قومية، وأهم أدوارها في الحياة اليومية، واستخداماته وميوله واتجاهاته، هذا بالإضافة رلى تنمية مهارات التفكير والذكاء اللغوي لدى أطفالهم، ويعرف التمكين اللغوي لأولياء الأمور بأنه أحد عمليات الإدارة التربوية المفتوحة، التي تمنح لأولياء الأمور، وتقدم لهم الفرصة لتطوير أنفسهم: ثقافيا وفكريا وتربويا، بحيث يمكنهم المساهمة في التغيير الإيجابي للمجتمع من خلال انعكاس ذلك على أطفالهم من جانب، ومن خلال المشاركة الفعلية في تحقيق أهداف المناهج التعليمية من جانب آخر، وتتمثل عمليات التمكين في عدة أبعاد تشمل: الأنشطة والمفاوضات التربوية، والمساهمة في تخطيط المناهج وتطبيقاتها (المنهج الظاهر والمنهج الخفي). كما يظهر التمكين اللغوي في عدة أشكال، أهمها: التعليم لرفع الكفاءة اللغوية في المجتمع وفي التنمية البشرية، من خلال اللغة القومية والثقافة العربية بكل ثرائها، وما تحمله من دعائم حضارة عريقة، وفي استحداث فرص جديدة لزيادة عدد الوظائف بالمجتمع، بالإضافة إلى التنمية الوطنية، وتعميق شعور الولاء القومي من خلال اللغة القومية وثقافتها. ومن أهم نتائج البحث تنمية الاتجاهات الإيجابية لأولياء الأمور على عدة مستويات للاستخدام اللغوي، أهمها التواصل في الحياة اليومية، ومستوى التعليم والدراسة وتوظيف مهارات التفكير، ثم مستوى تنمية بعض المهارات الثقافية اللغوية من خلال ممارسة الهوايات وأثرها في تعديل بعض السلوكيات للطفل، بالإضافة إلى مستوى التخطيط للمستقبل وتحقيق الطموحات.

This research aims to develop the positive attitude towards the Arabic language for parents of pupils at basic education in languages schools. Thus, transfer this attitude for their children; increasing the motivation of children to learn the Arabic language (national language) , quickly acquire its skills, and use it as much as possible in the activities of daily life and in the realistic situations for the child. The design of the program depends on the linguistic empowerment for parents, clarifying the importance of the Arabic language as a national language, its most important roles in daily life, and its use in all aspects of life. Also, its influence upon the formation of the child's personality, and modify his behaviors, trends and attitudes. In addition, developing the skills of thinking and linguistic intelligence for their children. The linguistic empowerment for parents is defined as a process granted to parents, offering them the opportunity to develop themselves, culturally, intellectually and educationally; so that they can contribute to the positive change of society through its impact on their children on one hand, and through the active participation on the other hand. The empowerment operations are represented in several dimensions, including: activities, individual and collective negotiations, participation in school management and educational power, and contribute to the planning and applications of curriculum (visible curriculum and hidden curriculum). Also, the Linguistic empowerment appears in several forms, including: education to raise the linguistic efficiency in society and in human development, and in creating new opportunities to increase the number of jobs in the community. Besides, the national development, and deepen the sense of national loyalty through the national language and its culture Among the most important results of research are the development of positive attitudes for parents on several levels of linguistic use; the most important levels are the communication in the daily life, the level of education and study , employing the skills of thinking, and the level of developing some linguistic cultural skills through practicing hobbies and their impact on modifying certain behaviors of the child. In addition, the level of planning for the future and achieve ambitions.
