المستخلص: to reach any better ways to modify Pattern children designed to fit the category of the curvature of the back of higher (Hump), with an attempt to develop a new way to modify Pattern can be used in the implementation of clothes for the category concerned the study. The research has come to the presence of significant differences between the initial and the second method way two employees in the research was the first way better than the way in the second set to the study group concerned, was the work of some of the amendments on the initial development of the method and the best way check the level of restraint. The researcher recommended that the special interest groups of children prepare their own models depending on their condition, and to provide the factories, and spread cultural awareness of the implementation of the clothes fit the special cases in an attempt to integrate them with others and linking them with society in which they live and the use of third way in implementing the clothes fit the curvature of the back of the highest category (Hump).
