الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده،،، وبعد: فهذا بحث في الوطء المحظور وعقوبته الدنيوية والآثار المترتبة عليه وقد قسمته إلى عشرة مباحث، وهي كما يلي: عقوبة وطء ذات المحرم، عقوبة وطء غير ذات المحرم، عقوبة وطء الحليلة في الدبر، عقوبة وطء الأجنبية في دبرها، عقوبة وطء الميتة، عقوبة اللوطي، عقوبة وطء البهيمة وحكم البهيمة الموطوءة والسحاق ثم الآثار المترتبة على الوطء، وهي: آثار نفسية وجماعية وقد ذكرت أقوال العلماء في كل مبحث، وأدلة تلك الأقوال، ومناقشتها، ثم القول الراجح في ذلك، وختمته بخاتمة هي ملخص ما اشتمل عليه البحث من نتائج ثم ذيلته بفهرس للمصادر والمراجع. أسال الله أن ينفع به.
All praises belong to Allah, Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon his last messenger. This research discusses prohibited sexual intercourse, its worldly punishment, and its consequences. It has been divided into ten topics, as follows: The penalty of having sexual intercourse with a Mahram (a member of one's family with whom marriage would be considered haram), a penalty having sexual intercourse with a Non-Mahram, the penalty of having sexual intercourse in the back of the permissible partner, the penalty of having sexual intercourse with the dead, the penalty of gay, the penalty of having sexual intercourse with an animal, the ruling over the animal that was subject to sexual intercourse and lesbianism, and the effects of the intercourse. These are psychological and collective effects. I have mentioned the statements of scholars in each topic, the evidence of those statements, discussions about them, and then (stated) the most favorable statement. I concluded with a conclusion that summarizes the study results. It is appended with an index of sources and references. I ask Allah to make it beneficial.
