المستخلص: استهدفت تلك الدراسة التعرف على مفهوم وطبيعة المسئولية الاجتماعية، وكذلك رصد وتحليل مجالات المسئولية الاجتماعية للمدرسة بصورة عامة، وللمدارس الرسمية "للغات" والممارسات الدالة عليها، من وجهة نظر المعلمين بتلك المدارس على وجه الخصوص. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، بهدف استعراض وتحليل مفهوم وطبيعة المسئولية الاجتماعية، وكذلك رصد مجالات تلك المسئولية للمدرسة بشكل عام، وللمدارس الرسمية بصفة خاصة، من وجهة نظر معلميها، حيث استعان الباحث في دراسته الميدانية باستبانة من تصميمه، وقام بتطبيقها على عينة من معلمي المدارس الرسمية بمحافظة القاهرة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى بعض النتائج، من أهمها وجود توافق كبير في تصورات أفراد العينة حول محاور المسئولية الاجتماعية للمدارس الرسمية، مع الارتفاع الملحوظ في نسب الموافقات على معظم العبارات المتعلقة بتلك المسئولية، وخاصة ما يتعلق منها بالمسئولية الاجتماعية تجاه العاملين بالمدرسة. وقد انتهت الدراسة بتقديم بعض المقترحات والتوصيات، كان من أبرزها ضرورة العمل على تمكين الطلاب، علاوة على تكليفهم بعمل بحوث مبسطة تتعلق بقضايا المجتمع ومشكلاته، مع التوجه نحو عقد ندوات أو لقاءات مستمرة تبع بين المعلمين وأولياء الأمور وبعض الخبراء بهدف نشر ثقافة وقضايا المسئولية الاجتماعية، علاوة على تناول بعض الموضوعات المتعلقة بطلاب المدرسة وأولياء الأمور.

The Study aimed to identify the concept and the issues of the social responsibility of the organization, It aims also to monitor and analyze the fields of the school social responsibility, as well as the public- languages schools, specially and their relative activities, according to point of view their teachers. To achieve this aim, the researcher resorted to the descriptive approach to monitor and to analyze the concept and the issues of the social responsibility of the organization, as well as schools generally. The researcher has made a field study where he resorted to a questionnaire composed of five major themes,( these themes include the activities ,that relative of social responsibility of school) applied to a sample of teachers. The study reached some results, the response has shown generally the great compatibility of most teachers (sample members) about themes of social responsibility of public-language school and great approvals percentages, notably, the social responsibility of school toward their employees. The study gave some suggestions and recommendations, some of which, is the need of student empowerment, and assigning them of implementing simple researchers about the society Issues, as well as executing continuous seminars, includes teachers ,parents, and some experts, to spreading of social responsibility culture, beside reviewing some of the Issues of school students and their parents.
