المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة أثر التطوع في مراكز تأهيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة على اتجاهات المتطوعين نحو الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، قام الباحثون بإعداد مقياس الاتجاهات نحو الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، والتأكد من صدقه عن طريق عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين ذوي الخبرة والكفاءة، وكذلك التأكد من ثباته عن طريق معادلة ألفا كرونباخ للاتساق الداخلي والتي بلغت (0.75). ومن ثم تطبيقه على عينة تجريبية مكونة من (١٢) متطوعة في مراكز تأهيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة التابعة لوزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية قبل البدء بعملية التطوع، ومن ثم تطبيقه مرة أخرى بعد مرور (٣) شهور على عملية التطوع وذلك خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي 2015/ 2016.
وبعد فحص فرضيات الدراسة باستخدام اختبار ويلكوكسون واستخراج قيمة Z، تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي على الدرجة الكلية من مقياس الاتجاهات نحو الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وعلى الأبعاد الفرعية (البعد الاجتماعي، الفني، الحياة العامة)، فيما لم يكن هنالك فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي على كل من (البعد التعليمي والبعد النفسي). وبناء على نتائج الدراسة قام الباحثون بتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: توظيف برامج العمل التطوعي الخاصة بمراكز تأهيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، واستخدام برامج العمل التطوعي كوسيلة ناجعة في تطوير اتجاهات المجتمع نحو الإعاقة، وضرورة تأهيل المتطوعين قبل المباشرة في برامج العمل التطوعي.

The current study aims to find out the impact of volunteering in rehabilitation centers for persons with disabilities in volunteer attitudes towards persons with disabilities. To achieve this goal, the researchers prepared a measure of trends towards persons with disabilities, and to ascertain its accuracy by presenting it to a group of experienced and competent arbitrators; As well as to confirm its stability by the Cronbach's alpha equation of internal consistency, which reached (0.75). It was then applied to an experimental sample of (12) volunteers in the rehabilitation centers for persons with disabilities under the Ministry of Social Affairs before the start of the volunteer process and then apply it again after (3) months after volunteering during the first semester of the academic year 2015/2016.
After examining the study hypotheses using the Wilcoxone test and extracting the Z value, there were statistically significant differences between the average grades of the experimental group between the pre and post measurements on the total score of the measure of trends towards persons with disabilities and on the sub-dimensions (social, technical dimension, public life). However, there were no statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements on both the educational and the psychological dimension. Based on the results of the study, the researchers presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: The use of voluntary work programs for rehabilitation canters for persons with disabilities, the use of voluntary work programs as an effective means of developing society's attitudes towards disability, and the need to rehabilitate volunteers before starting volunteer work programs.
