هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء استراتيجيات تدريسية قائمة على تحليل المهمة وتعلم الأقران وقياس فاعليتها في تنمية التحصيل المعرفي وبعض المهارات العملية في مادة "أصول فن الطهو" لدى الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم بالمدارس الثانوية الفنية. وتحددت مشكلة هذه الدراسة في ضعف التحصيل المعرفي وبعض المهارات العملية لدى الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم في مادة "أصول فن الطهو"، والإفتقار إلى استراتيجيات تدريس حديثة وواضحة لتنمية التحصيل والمهارات العملية مثل استراتيجيات تحليل المهمة وتعلم الأقران. وللوصول إلى حل هذه المشكلة سارت هذه الدراسة في مجموعة من الخطوات لعل من أهمها: بناء بطاقة ملاحظة المهارات العملية، والاختبار التحصيلي المناسبتين لدارسي مادة "أصول فن الطهو" لدى الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم بالمدارس الثانوية الفنية، وتحديد أسس إعداد استراتيجية التدريس (تحليل المهمة – تعلم الأقران)، وتحديد خطوات بنائها المتمثلة في تحديد الأهداف، والمحتوى المراد تدريسه، والأنشطة، واستراتيجية التدريس، وأدوات التقويم. واختيار مجموعة من الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم بالمدارس الثانوية الفنية وتطبيق الاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة على هذه المجموعة قبليا، ثم تطبيق استراتيجيات التدريس القائمة على تحليل المهمة وتعلم الأقران على هذه المجموعة، ثم إعادة تطبيق الاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة على تلك المجموعة بعدياً.
The study aimed at building teaching strategies based on task analysis and peer learning and measuring their effectiveness in the development of cognitive achievement and some practical skills in the subject of "the fundamentals of cooking art" in students with learning disabilities in secondary technical schools The problem of this study was determined by the lack of cognitive achievement and some practical skills among students with learning difficulties in the "fundamentals of cooking art" and the lack of modem and clear teaching strategies to develop achievement and practical skills such as task analysis strategies and peer learning. In order to solve this problem, this study was carried out in a number of steps. The most important of these were the following: • Building a note of practical skills and the appropriate achievement test for the students of the "art assets of cooking" in students with learning difficulties in secondary technical schools, Peer learning), ), And determine the steps to be built in the definition of objectives, the content to be taught, activities, and teaching strategy, and assessment tools. The selection of a group of students with learning disabilities in technical secondary schools, the application of the achievement test and the observation card on this group beforehand, and the application of teaching strategies based on task analysis and peer learning on this group, and then re-apply the collection test and observation card to that group.
