هدف المقال إلى استعراض كتاب بعنوان نهج المواطنة مسارات لبناء المستقبل. مشيرا إلى أن هذا الكتاب قد صدر عن دار الوراق العمانية في العام 2017 م. وانه يتكون من مقدمة وفصلين. أوضح المقال ما جاء بالفصل الأول وهو بعنوان السلطان قابوس رجل السلام. وتضمن عدة عناصر منها أن الإنسان العماني كان العنصر الأساسي في اهتمام السلطان باعتباره قوة بشرية يتوجب الاهتمام ببنائها وفقا لمتطلبات العصر. وتوفير الاحتياجات والخدمات الضرورية كالتعليم والصحة. وأن التربية المواطنية مثلت عنصرا أساسيا في خطب قابوس. لرغبته في بناء الشخصية العمانية المتمسكة بالهوية العمانية من خلال القيم والاتجاهات والسلوكيات التي تنعكس على ممارسات المواطن في خدمة هذا الوطن. وتطرق المقال إلى عنصر الشورى العمانية ومدى اهتمام السلطان بالاجتماع بأبناء شعبه للاستماع لهم والتماس احتياجاتهم. وتبني السياسة العمانية الخارجية لمبدأ السلام العالمي. وأشار المقال إلى الفصل الثاني من الكتاب. والذي تناول فكر ومبادئ المواطنة في سلطنة عمان وهي مشتقة من خطب وأقوال السلطان قابوس. وأوضح المقال أن المواطنة مثلت اهتماما كبيرا لدى السلطان قابوس منذ بداية عهد النهضة. وأن خطبه وأقواله مثلت منهج تربوي في مجال المواطنة كالانتماء للوطن والتمسك بعادات وتقاليد ومنجزات حضارتهم وتاريخهم والعمل من أجل المصلحة الوطنية لعمان. وخلص المقال بان الكتاب يقدم رؤية في بناء المواطنة في نفوس النشء انطلاقا من منهجية جلالة السلطان قابوس بن سعيد. والفكر الحديث في المواطنة الفاعلة والمسؤولة. مما يضع أمام الجميع مجال للتعلم في كيفية غرس المواطنة وتنميتها لدى الأبناء. بحيث ينعكس ذلك من خلال سلوكياتهم الوطنية.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The aim of this article is to review a book entitled "Citizenship approaches. Tracks for building the future". Pointing out that this book was issued by (Dar Al-Warraq Al-umania) in 2017, and that it consists of an introduction and two chapters. The article explained the content of the first chapter, entitled "Al-Sultan Qaboos, the man of peace. It contained several elements, including that the Omani man was the main element in the interest of the Sultan, as a human force whose construction should be taken care of according to the requirements of the age, and to provide the necessary needs and services such as education and health. Additionally, the civic education was an essential component of Qaboos' speeches, because of his desire to build the Omani character who is adhering to the Omani identity through values, attitudes and behaviors that are reflected in the citizen's practices in serving this country. The article touched upon the Omani Shura element and the Sultan's interest in meeting with his people to listen to them, seek their needs, and that Oman's foreign policy should embraces the principle of world peace. The article referred to the second chapter of the book, which dealt with the thought and principles of citizenship in the Sultanate of Oman and that it is derived from speeches and statements of Sultan Qaboos. The article pointed out that citizenship has been of great interest to Sultan Qaboos since the beginning of the Renaissance, and that his speeches and statements represented an educational curriculum in the field of citizenship such as belonging to the homeland and adherence to the customs, traditions, achievements of their civilization and history and work for the national interest of Oman. The article concluded that the book provides a vision for building citizenship in the hearts of young people, based on the methodology of His Majesty: Sultan Qaboos Bin Said. The modern thinking about effective and responsible citizenship, which puts before everyone a field of learning in how to implant and develop citizenship in children, so that this is reflected through their national behavior.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
