المستخلص: Children of the third millennium keep pace with technological developments, especially media, and spend great times with them. This study is conducted to highlight one of the most important online cultural tools and pubs, namely children's electronic magazines, to learn about their content through the content of the electronic magazine Al-Fathe. We have adopted content analysis as a tool to answer questions. The study concluded several findings that confirmed the importance of this electronic magazine in providing children with knowledge and information, teaching them the Arabic language, familiarizing them with the Islamic religion, linking them to their national and Arab affiliation and meeting their recreational needs, all in order to strengthen their cultural identity.

يواكب أطفال الألفية الثالثة التطورات التكنولوجية خاصة الإعلامية منها ويقضون معها أوقات كبيرة، وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على إحدى أهم هذه الوسائل والمشارب الثقافية عبر الإنترنت وهي مجلات الأطفال الإلكترونية للتعرف على محتواها من خلال مضمون مجلة الفاتح الإلكترونية وقد اعتمدنا أسلوب تحليل المحتوى كأداة للإجابة عن التساؤلات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أكدت مدى أهمية هذه المجلة الإلكترونية في تزويد الأطفال بالمعارف والمعلومات وتعليمهم اللغة عربية وتعريفهم بالدين الإسلامي وربطهم بانتمائهم الوطني والعربي وسد حاجاتهم الترفيهية كل ذلك من أجل تعزيز هويتهم الثقافية.
