المستخلص: يعاني الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة البصرية في التعليم الجامعي من صعوبة في الوصول إلى المعلومات بشكل متساوي مثل أقرانهم من غير ذوي الإعاقة، وقد عكفت بعض الجامعات في قطاع غزة على توفير أجهزة مساعدة للطلاب ذوي الإعاقة البصرية للتغلب على هذه المشكلة، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف طبيعة استخدام ذوي الإعاقة البصرية للتقنيات المساعدة في الجامعة الإسلامية بغزة، وكذلك دراسة أثر استخدام التقنيات المساعدة على شعور الطلاب المكفوفين بالثقة بالنفس وتحقيق استقلالية أكبر لديهم وتحسن مستواهم التعليمي. وقد استخدم الباحث في إجراء الدارسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ودراسة الحالة، واستخدم أداتين لجمع البيانات الأولية، وهما: المقابلات الشخصية؛ حيث أجريت مع العاملين في مركز التقنيات المساعدة، كما تم إجراء مجموعة بؤرية مع عدد من الطلاب والطالبات ذوي الإعاقة البصرية بالجامعة الإسلامية. والأداة الثانية هي الاستبانة؛ وقد احتوى على ثلاثة محاور رئيسية: البيانات الشخصية للمبحوثين، والعوامل التي أدت إلى نجاح استخدام التقنيات المساعدة، آثار استخدام الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة البصرية للتقنيات المساعدة. حيث اتبع الباحث أسلوب الحصر الشامل وقد وزعت الاستبانة على (107) أشخاص، وبلغت نسبة الاسترداد (71%). وأظهرت النتائج أن استخدام التقنيات المساعدة أثر إيجابياً على إنجاز الطلاب لمهامهم الدراسية ومواكبتهم غيرهم من الطلاب في الدراسة الجامعية كما حقق الرضا لديهم عن الخدمات التي تقدمها إدارة الجامعة ومركز التقنيات المساعدة لهم. وأوصت الدراسة بزيادة اهتمام الجامعة بتطوير قدرات الطلاب المعاقين بصرياً على استخدام التقنيات المساعدة، وتطوير البرامج والأدوات المساعدة بشكل مستمر بما يتناسب مع الاحتياجات المتجددة للطلاب المعاقين بصرياً مع مراعاة توفر مكانين مستقلين لكل من الطلاب والطالبات لإتاحة وقت أكبر للاستخدام.

Students with visual impaired in university education suffer from difficulty in accessing information equally as other students without disabilities. Some universities in the Gaza Strip have been providing aids to students with visual disabilities to overcome this problem. The aim of this study was to identify the use of visual aids in the Islamic University in Gaza, and to study the effect of the use of assistive technologies on the self-confidence of the visual impaired students, achieving greater independence and improving their educational level. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method and the case study. He used two tools for collecting primary data: personal interviews, where he worked with the staff of the Assistive Technology Center. A focus group was also held with a number of students with visual impaired at the Islamic University. The second tool was the questionnaire; it contained three main axes: the personal data of the respondents, the factors that led to the successful using of assistive technology and the effects of using assistive technology by students with visual impaired. Where the researcher followed the method of comprehensive inventory has distributed the questionnaire to (107) people, and the rate of recovery (71%). The results showed that the using assistive technology positively affected visually impaired students' achievement of their academic duties as equal as other students in the university study and satisfaction with the services provided by the University administration and the Center for Assistive Technology. The study recommended increasing the university's interest to develop the abilities of students with visual impaired in assistive technology using and developing assistive programs and tools continuously in line with the new needs of students with visual impaired, taking into account the availability of two separate places for female and male students to allow more time for use.
