المستخلص: Auparavant les tâches techniques comme le tri et le classement des archives ont longtemps été considérées comme la priorité des centres d’archivies et autres institutions documentaries. Avec la nouvelle tendence visant l’'exploitation pédagogique et culturelle des documents , les activités de valorization constituentdorénavant une priorité pour les centres d’archives et les institutions de conservation des documents et ce dans le but d’améliorer la qualité de ses services de préstation et de faciliter au meme temps l’accés à ses fonds archivistiques. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, les centres d’archives et les institutions de conservation des documents sont obligés d’opter pour l’intégration des nouvelles technologies .Cette etude à pour objectif de définir , Les activités et les outils de valorisation des archives Dans les methodes anciennes ainsi que dans les nouvelles techniques adoptées actuellement par les centres d’archives afin de répondre aux éxigeances de l’ére du numérique et d’éxploiter au mieux leurs fonds archivistique tout en mettant l’accent sur les difficultée rencontrées par ces dernier et solutions ( propositions ) pour une meilleure valorisation des archives.

Valorization activities are among the main objectives of the archive centers and document archiving institutions, and achieving them by developing their services and facilitating the operations access to its various archival assets; which can only be achieved through the adoption of modern techniques in the exercise of Valorization activities, that has become essential as a result of the technological revolution which the world is witnessing…The present study introduces the various techniques applied in the field and to highlight the extent to which these techniques contribute to the activation of this activity, which is the basis for the existence of these archival institutions. In this research paper, we had to address the problematic term of “valorization” and its objectives, as well as the various tools for archives valorization in the traditional environment. Also, highlight the constraints facing this process. The study shows the reasons for the transition to the digital environment and the need to adopt modern techniques in the practice of their activities and valorization its archives and highlighting the various techniques applied so that it ends with a number of proposals .

تعد أنشطة التثمين من بين أبرز الأهداف التي تسعى مراكز الأرشيف ومؤسسات حفظ الوثائق تحقيقها، وذلك من خلال تعزيز وتطوير خدماتها وتسهيل عمليات الوصول والولوج إلى مختلف أرصدتها الأرشيفية ولن يتأت لها ذلك إلا من خلال توجهها إلى اعتماد التقنيات الحديثة في ممارسات نشاطات التثمين، الذي بات أمرا حيوياً وأساسياً نتيجة الثورة التكنولوجية التي يشهدها العالم؛ تأتي الدراسية الحالية للتعريف بعديد ومختلف التقنيات المطبقة في المجال، وإبراز مدى مساهمة هذه الأخيرة في تفعيل هذا النشاط الحيوي الذي يعد غاية وجود هذه المؤسسات الأرشيفية، وكان لزاما علينا التطرق في هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معالجة إشكالية مصطلح التثمين وأهدافه، مع التطرق إلى مختلف أدوات تثمين الأرشيف في البيئة التقليدية، وتسليط الضوء على المعوقات التي تواجه هذه العملية، لتخلص إلى أسباب التحول نحو البيئة الرقمية وضرورة اعتماد التقنيات الحديثة في ممارسة نشاطها وتثمين أرشيفها وإبراز مختلف التقنيات المطبقة، لتنتهي الدراسة بوضع جملة من المقترحات.
