المستخلص: إذا وقع التنازع في أمور الدين وكانت طرفا فيه فتذكر المنهج الشرعي في التعامل معه وهذا المنهج يتضمن موجهات شرعية، علمية وأخلاقية ولابد أنتعلم أن الاختلاف ممكن بين المسلمين لاختلاف علومهم ومداركهم، وليس المطلوب محوه تماما وإنما تفهم أسبابه للتعامل معها برشد وحكمة وأن تتذكر أن أخوة المؤمنين واجبة فاحرص على أن لا يحملك هذا الاختلاف على الغفلة عن هذا الواجب ولوازمه واحرص على أن تتعامل مع الاختلاف على ضوء الموجهات الشرعية، واسأل نفسك الأسئلة التالية، لأجل تشخيص موضع الاختلاف وتوصيفه: هل هو اختلاف معتبر في ثبوت النص من عدمه؟ ذلك أن معايير الحكم على ثبوت النصوص الشرعية قابلة للاجتهاد بشكل واسع سواء في السند أو في المتن. وهل هو اختلاف معتبر في دلالات النص؟ ذلك أن معايير اللغة العربية وغيرها في فهم النصوص [بعد الاتفاق على ثبوتها] أمر واسع جدا يحتمل الاختلاف كثيرا. وهل هو اختلاف معتبر في تحقيق مناط النص؟ وهو إنزال حكم النص على الواقع العامة، أو الخاصة [بعد الاتفاق على ثبوته وعلى دلالته] وهو أوسع مجالا، لاختلاف الاجتهادات مما سبق. وعلى ضوء الأسئلة والأجوبة السابقة لقد انصفت المخالف ولو كان مبتدعا؛ وحددت طريق التعامل مع الاختلاف، واحذرت نفسك بشدة من الوقوع في منزلقات البغي عند الاختلاف، لأنها مهلكة تذهب بالدين. وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين.

If there is a dispute in matters of religion and it is a party to it, then remember the shar'i approach to dealing with it. This approach includes Islamic, scientific, and ethical orientations. We must know that differences are possible among Muslims because of their differences of knowledge and understanding and erasing it completely is not required, but to understand its reasons to deal with it with wisdom and maturity, and remember that the brotherhood among believers is an obligatory so make sure that this difference does not make you blind towards this obligatory duty and its requirements, and be sure to deal with the difference in the light of the shar'i guidelines. Ask yourself the following questions, to diagnose and describe where the difference is: Is this a significant difference in proving and disapproving of the text? As the criteria for judging the validity of Shari'a texts are subject to extensive diligence, whether in the narration chain or the text. Is it a significant difference in the semantics of the text? Arabic and other language standards in understanding texts [once agreed to prove them] are very broad and potentially very different. Is this a significant difference in achieving the content of the text? It is the fact that the provision of the text is applied to general or private reality [after agreement on its evidence and significance], which is broader, because of the differences of previous deliberations. In light of the previous questions and answers, I have given a right to the violator even if he is an innovator. You set the way to deal with the difference, and you warned yourself strongly against falling into the sin in case of difference because it is deadly and takes away from religion.
