المستخلص: The objective of this study is to measure the level of empowerment of Handicapped students at the University of Tabuk of self-determination skills through the application of the qualitative indicators of self-determination skills for Handicapped students in the bachelor's program at Tabuk University. To achieve this, the scale was built in its initial form and then presented to a group of arbitrators with jurisdiction where. The final picture was obtained from it, It consisted of eight main dimensions. of study plan, Dimension of teaching strategies, Dimension of student services and activities, Dimension of families, Dimension of Field training, Dimension of buildings and equipment, Dimension of environment of the institution and the general atmosphere, and Dimension of self-evaluation, and then extracted the acceptable indications of validity and stability to the scale followed by the application of the scale on the sample study. The sample of the study consisted of (30) persons with disabilities enrolled in the bachelor's program at the University of Tabuk: Hearing impairment and number (3), visual and number (14) and Impaired mobility and number (13). The results indicated that the level of applicability of specific indicators of self-determination skills of Handicapped students In Tabuk University as a whole, the highest percentage was the dimension of the institution's environment, the general atmosphere, and Dimension of building and the physical equipment. The remaining six dimensions were low in Point of view of Handicapped students, It is the study plan, the teaching strategy, self-evaluation, training and finally the student activities and families, and The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 due to the variable of specialization. and Sex variable. and disability type.

استهدفت الدراسة الحالية قياس مستوى تمكين الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بجامعة تبوك، من مهارات تقرير المصير من خلال تطبيق استبانة المؤشرات النوعية لمهارات تقرير المصير على الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في برنامج البكالوريوس بجامعة تبوك، ولتحقيق ذلك جرى بناء استبانة تكونت من ثمانية أبعاد هي: الخطة الدراسية، واستراتيجيات التدريس، والخدمات الطلابية والأنشطة، والأسر، والتدريب الميداني، والمباني والتجهيزات، وبيئة المؤسسة والجو العام، والتقييم الذاتي واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي لتحقيق أهدافها. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) من ذوي الإعاقات الملتحقين ببرنامج البكالوريوس بجامعة تبوك: سمعية وعددهم (3)، بصرية وعددهم (14)، حركية وعددهم (13)، وقد أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى انطباق المؤشرات النوعية لمهارات تقرير المصير على الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في جامعة تبوك، كدرجة كلية كانت أعلى نسبة لبعدي بيئة المؤسسة والجو العام، والمبني والتجهيزات المادية، وأن الأبعاد الستة المتبقية كان الانطباق فيها متدن من وجهة نظر الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وهي الخطة الدراسية والاستراتيجية التدريسية والتقييم الذاتي والتدريب والأنشطة الطلابية والأسر، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 تعزي لمتغيرات التخصص، والجنس، ونوع الإعاقة.
