المستخلص: يلخص العالم الديمغرافية (ألفريد صوفي) إلى إشكالية الهجرة بقول: "إما أن ترحل الثروات حيث يوجد البشر، وإما أن يرحل البشر توجد الثروات". في هذا المقال سوف نسلط الضوء على الهجرة غير القانونية لدول حوض المتوسط والتي أصبحت تثير كثير من الجدل لما تطرحه من المشاكل، وهي تصنف من القضايا الأمنية لدى غالبية الدول. ونظراً للنواحي والاعتبارات السابقة، بدأ الاهتمام بشكلة الهجرة غير القانونية في محاولة لوضع حلول تقلل من مخاطرها وآثارها السلبية، وذلك بالتعاون وبالاشتراك مع الحكومات والمنظمات ذات الصلة بالموضوع.
وقد تم التوصل إلى استنتاجات وتوصيات نأمل أن تساهم في التقليل من مخاطر الهجرة غير القانونية، وحماية المهاجرين وإن كانوا غير شرعيين من التصرفات التعسفية والعنصرية، بالإضافة إلى تشجيع وتطوير التعاون الدولي على المستوى القانوني والإجرائي مما يكفل الحل الأمثل للظاهرة.

Demographic scientist Alfred Sofie summarizes the problem of migration by saying:“ Either the riches go away where humans are, or the humans go, where the riches are located.”In this article, we will highlight the illegal migration to the Mediterranean countries, which has created a lot of controversy because of the problems it poses. They are classified as security issues in most countries. Given previous aspects and considerations, attention has begun to be paid to the problem of illegal migration in an attempt to devise solutions that reduce its risks and negative effects, in cooperation with Governments and relevant organizations.
Conclusions and recommendations have been reached, which we hope will contribute to reducing the risks of illegal migration, the protection of migrants who are illegal from arbitrary and racist behavior, In addition, the promotion and development of international cooperation at the legal and procedural levels will ensure the optimal solution to the phenomenon.

Si le savant démographique français, (Alfred Sophie) conclut le problème de l'immigration en disant: "Soit vous laissez les richesses là où il y a des êtres humains, soit les êtres humains partent là où il y a de la richesse". Dans cet article, nous soulignons la migration illégale des pays méditerranéens, qui sont devenus très controversés pour leurs problèmes et sont classés comme des problèmes de sécurité dans la plupart des pays. Compte tenu des considérations et préoccupations antérieures, le problème de la migration illégale a commencé à être traité dans le but de trouver des solutions qui réduisent leurs risques et leurs effets négatifs, en coopération et en partenariat avec les gouvernements et les organisations compétentes. Il a été tiré des conclusions et des recommandations, nous espérons contribuer à réduire les dangers de la migration clandestine et la protection des migrants, bien qu'ils étaient des immigrants illégaux d'actes arbitraires et racistes, en plus de la promotion et le développement de la coopération internationale dans le plan juridique et procédural, assurant ainsi la solution optimale pour le phénomène.
