المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع أداء قائد المدرسة في ضوء استخدام الإعلام الجديد (اليوتيوب - تويتر - سناب) في محافظة الخرج، والتعرف على الفروقات ذات الدلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين آراء عينة الدراسة وفقاً لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، المرحلة الدراسية التي تعمل بها كقائد للمدرسة، الخبرة العملية كقائد مدرسة، عدد الدورات التدريبية التي حصلت عليها في مجال الإعلام الجديد)، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من القادة لعاملين في المدارس في محافظة الخرج، والبالغ عددهم (183)، وقام الباحث باستخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، من خلال جمع المعلومات والبيانات من مجتمع الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة موافقة عينة الدراسة على واقع أداء قائد المدرسة في ضوء استخدام الإعلام الجديد (اليويتوب، تويتر، سناب شات) (متوسطة)، لا توجد فروق بين آراء عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي)، لا توجد فروق بين آراء عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات (الخبرة العملية كقائد مدرسة)، توجد فروق بين آراء عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات (المرحلة الدراسية التي تعمل بها كقائد للمدرسة)، لصالح الذين يدرسون بالمرحلة الثانوية، لا توجد فروق بين آراء عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات (عدد الدورات التدريبية التي حصلت عليها في مجال الإعلام الجديد)، وتوصي الدراسة بتأهيل وتدريب جميع العاملين في المدرسة على استخدام التقنية الحديثة لإدارة جميع المتطلبات عليهم، العمل على ربط أهداف المدارس بتطبيقات برامج الإعلام الجديد، حث الإدارات المدرسية على مواكبة التغيرات التكنولوجية للمعلومات ومسايرتها لدعم الإعلام الجديد وتسهيل الأعمال المترتبة عليها، العمل على تطبيق مقياس الكفايات الإدارية والفنية على قائدي المدراس.

The study aimed to identify the reality of the performance of the school principal in light of using the new media (YouTube - Twitter - Snapchat) in Al-Kharj Governorate. It also attempts to identify the statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) between the opinions of the sample respondents according to the variables of (scientific qualification, the study stage in which you work as a school principal, practical experience as a school principal, and the number of training courses obtained in the field of new media). The study community is composed of 183 school principles working in various schools in the Al-Kharj governorate. The researcher used a comprehensive inventory approach. He also employed the descriptive survey method by collecting information and data from the study community. The study found that the rate of approval of the sample respondents on the reality of the performance of the school principal in light of using new media (YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat) is (medium). There are no differences between the opinions of the sample respondents attributed to a variable (scientific qualification), while there are no differences between the opinions of the sample attributed to the variable of (practical experience as a school leader). There are differences between the opinions of the study sample due to variables (the school stage at which you work as a school principal) and in favour of those who teach at the secondary level. There are no differences between the opinions of the study sample respondents due to variables (number of training courses obtained in the field of new media). The study recommends educating and training all school staff to use modern technology to manage every requirement. It also recommended working to link the objectives of schools with the applications of new media programs, urging school administrations to keep abreast of technological changes of information, keeping pace with them to support new media and facilitate the actions resulting therefrom, and working on applying the administrative and technical competencies measure to the school principals.
