المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على النبي الأمين صلى الله عليه وسلم وآله وصحبه والتابعين وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده، لا شريك له، وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله أول من وقف في سبيل الله ليقتدي به الصحب الكرام والتابعين إلى يوم الدين أما بعد:
الوقف تشريع إسلامي فشريعة الوقف وأحكامه أمر بها رب العالمين سبحانه وتعالى، وتولى شرعها للناس إكمالاً لأصول الدين وفروعه التي رضيها لنا سبحانه، وإتماماً لنعمة الله تعالى علينا، يقول الله العليم الحكيم سبحانه: (اليوم أكملت لكم دينكم وأتممت عليكم نعمتي ورضيت لكم الإسلام ديناً) (المائدة: 3).
ولا يقتصر أداء نظام الوقف في الإسلام على المسلم وحده، بل توجد أوقاف عامة تشمل المسلم وغيره، كما وجدت أوقاف خصصت في القديم والحديث للإنفاق على غير المسلمين، وإصلاح معاشهم وإعانتهم، وتأليف قلوبهم ودعوتهم للإسلام مما يدل على عناية الإسلام بغير المسلمين من جهة الوقف وأحكامه وتشريعاته.
وفي ظل الصحوة الدينية والثقافة الاقتصادية والحرص على مساعدة الناس من خلال برامج متعددة أحببت أن يكون دوراً للوقف في دعم المشاريع الصغيرة من خلال هذا البحث المتواضع (دور الوقف في تمويل المشاريع الصغيرة).
أملاً أن يتم الاستفادة من ذلك تخفيفاً على الخريجين والفقراء والمساكين موضحاً في بحثي هذا:
المبحث الأول: الوقف في الإسلام.
أولاً: تعريف الوقف لغة واصطلاحاً.
ثانياً: المقاصد الأساسية للوقف.
المبحث الثاني: استثمار الوقف.
أولاً: استثمار أموال الوقف.
ثانياً: صيغ تمويل المشاريع الصغيرة.


All praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon the faithful Prophet, May Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him, his family, companions, and successors. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, alone with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger, the first to stand in the cause of Allah so that the honorable companions and successors follow him until the Day of Judgment, after that:
The Waqf (Endowment) is Islamic legislation, so the law of endowment and its provisions were commanded by the Lord of the Worlds, Glorified and Exalted be He, and he took over its law for people to complete the principles and branches of religion that He, Glory be to Him, has approved for us, and to complete the grace of Allah Almighty upon us. Allah the All-Knowing, the All-Wise, Glory be to Him, says (Today I have perfected your religion for you, and have completed My favor upon you, and have approved Islam as a religion for you.) (Al-Ma’idah: 3).
The performance of the endowment system in Islam is not limited to the Muslim alone, but there are general endowments that include Muslims and others, as well as endowments that were allocated in ancient and modern times to spend on non-Muslims, reform their livelihoods and support them, reconcile their hearts and invite them to Islam, which indicates Islam’s care for non-Muslims in terms of endowment and its provisions and legislation.
In light of the religious awakening, economic culture, and keenness to help people through multiple programs, I liked that the endowment had a role in supporting small projects through this modest research (the role of the endowment in financing small projects).
I hope that this will be benefited from in order to relieve the graduates, the poor and the needy. This is explained in my research:
