المستخلص: يتخذ الفكر التربوي المعاصر في المجتمع المصري أبعاد أكثر إشكالية خاصة في ظل التحول التاريخي الحالي داخليا وخارجيا، حيث يواجه الفكر التربوي العديد من الأزمات والتحديات، هذه التحديات لا تقتصر فقط على مشكلات الفقر والبطالة والأمية وتسارع التغيرات التكنولوجية وغيرها؛ وإنما يمثل الفهم والوعي الصحيح أهم التحديات التي تواجه الفكر التربوي وتضعه أمام مسؤوليات جسيمة في القيام بدوره لإيجاد تربية نابعة من طبيعة وثقافة الإنسان المصري وقادرة على التأثير الإيجابي العميق فيه ليستعيد ثقته بنفسه وإرادته ويصبح قادراً على مواجهة التراجع القيمي والأخلاقي والحضاري أولا، ثم مواجهة كافة تحدياته، ويتمثل جوهر هذه التحديات في قدرة التربية على فهم واستيعاب هذه التغيرات ومواكبة صيرورتها الحادثة على مستويات الفكر والنظرية من جانب، والواقع والتطبيق من جانب آخر، ومن خلال هذا الفهم تتكون القدرة على إبداع فكر تربوي ملائم ومعبر عن أهداف حقيقية واقعية مستمدة من الداخل وواعية بكل مستجدات وأهداف الخارج. ومن ثم تم تحديد مشكلة الدراسة في ضرورة التوصل إلى الاتجاهات المستقبلية للفكر التربوي في ضوء القضايا المعرفية والعوامل المؤثرة التي تواجهه على المستوى التنظيري والتطبيقي نظرا لما تتسم به العملية التربوية والتعليمية بنسبية الإدراك المعرفي وانتقائيته المرتبطة بالخبرة فضلا عن الافتقار إلى الوعى التنظيري والتأصيلي متعدد الجوانب المعرفية وفي ضوء ما سبق تم صياغة أهداف الدراسة: تحديد ملامح وتيارات الفكر التربوي المعاصر، تحليل القضايا والعوامل المؤثرة في تحول الفكر التربوي، التوصل إلى أهم الاتجاهات المستقبلية للفكر التربوي. وتعتمد الدراسة على التحليل الفلسفي كمنهجية تعنى بكشف طبيعة ومفهوم الفكر التربوي، وتحليل الاتجاهات والمداخل القائم عليها والموجهة له، وبخاصة تحليل القضايا القيمية والمجتمعية والاقتصادية المعاصرة ونقدها والتي تشكل تحديا أمام الفكر التربوي للتوصل لأهم التوجهات الفلسفية والفكرية التي تمثل مداخل التحول للفكر التربوي، لمعالجة الفجوة بين التغير المستمر في كافة المجالات والفكر التربوي وتطبيقاته، كما يفيد منهج التحليل الفلسفي في التفسير الكلي الذي يتطلبه الفكر التربوي كفكر نظري تتداخل فيه العديد من المجالات المعرفية.

Modern educational thought in Egyptian society takes on more problematic dimensions, especially in light of the current historical transformation internally and externally. Educational thinking faces many crises and challenges. These challenges are not limited to problems of poverty, unemployment, illiteracy and accelerating technological and other changes. Which face the educational thought and put it in front of serious responsibilities in the role of the creation of education stemming from the nature and culture of Egyptian human and able to influence the positive deep in it to regain confidence and will and be able to face the decline of moral and moral First, then face all challenges. The essence of these challenges is the ability of education to understand and assimilate these changes and keep pace with their happening at the levels of thought and theory on the one hand, and the reality and application on the other, and through this understanding is the ability to create educational thought appropriate and express goals Real reality derived from the inside and aware of all the latest developments and goals abroad. The study problem was identified in the necessity of reaching future trends of educational thought in the light of the cognitive issues and the influencing factors facing it at the theoretical and applied level, in view of the educational process in terms of the cognitive awareness and its selectivity associated with the experience as well as the lack of awareness In light of the above, the objectives of the study were formulated :Defining the features and currents of modern educational thought, Analysis of issues and factors affecting the transformation of educational thought To reach the most important future trends of educational thought The study is based on philosophical analysis as a methodology for revealing the nature and concept of educational thought, analyzing trends and approaches based on it, and especially on the analysis of contemporary values, societal and economic issues, which challenge educational thought to reach the most important philosophical and intellectual approaches that represent the The continuous change in all fields and educational thought and its applications, as well as the method of philosophical analysis in the total interpretation required by the educational thought as a theoretical thought overlapping many areas of knowledge.
