المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التنمية المهنية للمعلم واتجاهاتها الحديثة لمواجهة تحديات العصر، فقد أضحى تطوير التعليم ضرورة لا مناص منها، باعتباره أيسر السبل لتحقيق نهضة حضارية عصرية شاملة في ظل عصر العولمة مما يمكن من مواجهة تحديات العصر ومجاراة التطور التكنولوجي. وتعد التنمية المهنية في المجال التربوي من أهم التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسات التربوية؛ ذلك أن نجاح المؤسسة يرتبط ارتباطاً مباشراً بالفرص التدريبية المتاحة للعاملين فيها، ولا تقتصر أهمية التنمية المهنية للمعلمين على مستوى دون الآخر، بل تشمل جميع المستويات في المؤسسة، فالأفراد الجدد بحاجة للتدريب لتعرف طبيعة العمل والتكيف معه، وكذلك الممارسين بحاجة للتنمية المهنية لمواكبة التغييرات الحاصلة في مجال عملهم، ويدل هذا أن التنمية المهنية للمعلمين؛ تعني عدم توقف مستواهم المعرفي والمهارى عند مستوى التخرج، بل الارتقاء بهذين المستويين للوصول لدرجة عالية من الكفاية طوال حياتهم المهنية. وإذا ما أضفنا إلى ما سبق التأثيرات الكبيرة لثورة التكنولوجيا وانعكاساتها على سائر مجالات الحياة ومنها التربوية، نجد أن التطوير المهني المستدام للتربوي، والذي يصبح أكثر ضرورة من ذي قبل من أجل توفير الخدمة التربوية اللازمة للتربوي، والتي تتضمن تزويده بمواد التجدد في المجالات الأكاديمية والتربوية، وبالمستجدات في أساليب وتقنيات العمل التربوي، وتدريبه عليها، واستيعاب كل ما هو جديد في التطوير المهني من تطورات تربوية وعلمية. ويعد المعلم من أهم مدخلات العملية التعليمية، والمحور الرئيسي لها، وبالتالي فإن تناول قضاياه، وتحديد أدواره، وتقويم وتحديث أساليب إعداده وتدريبه يسهم بل شك في الإصلاح التربوي، لأنه المنفذ للسياسة التعليمية، ينفذها بوسائله المختلفة وطرقه المتعددة، ويتوقف نجاحه في تنفيذ هذه السياسة على درجة إتقانه لهذه الطرق والوسائل جميعها، لذا أولت الأمم على اختلاف أنظمتها اهتماما كبيرا بالمعلم واعتبرته الأساس الذي تقوم عليه العملية التعليمية، فركزت على اختيار المعلم الكفء وعملت على إعداده إعداداّ جيداً، كما أن البحوث التربوية وجهت الكثير من اللوم الشديد للمعلم باعتباره أحد الأسباب الرئيسية للأزمة التربوية التي تعاني منها معظم مجتمعات العالم، وأحد العوائق الأساسية أمام حركة التجديد التربوي التي يتطلبها عصر التكنولوجيا والمعلومات.

The current research aims at the professional development of the teacher and its modern trends to meet the challenges of the times. The development of education is an unavoidable necessity as it is the easiest way to achieve a comprehensive modern civilization renaissance in the era of globalization. The professional development in the field of education is one of the most important challenges facing educational institutions. The success of the institution is directly related to the training opportunities available to its employees, and the professional development of the teachers is not limited to the level of the other but includes all levels in the institution. The nature of work and adaptation, as well as practitioners need professional development to cope with changes in their field. This indicates that the professional development of teachers means that their level of knowledge and skills is not stopped at the graduation level, A mechanism of efficiency throughout their careers. If we add to the above the great effects of the revolution of technology and its impact on other areas of life, including education, we find that the sustainable professional development of education, which becomes more necessary than before to provide the educational service necessary for education, which includes providing materials for renewal in academic and educational, And the latest developments in the methods and techniques of educational work, and training, and absorb all that is new in the development of professional educational and scientific developments. The teacher is one of the most important inputs to the educational process, and the main axis, and therefore addressing the issues, and determine the roles, and evaluate and update the methods of preparation and training undoubtedly contributes to educational reform, because the implementation of educational policy, implemented by various means and methods, and depends on success in the implementation of this policy on The degree of proficiency of these methods and methods all, so the nations of different systems have given great attention to the teacher and considered it the basis of the educational process, focused on the selection of the competent teacher and worked on preparing it well, and educational research drew a lot of blame tensile D teacher as one of the main causes of the educational crisis that most of the world's societies suffer, and one of the main obstacles to educational innovation movement required by the era of technology and information.
