المستخلص: يجلو لنا هذا البحث كيف تتحقق عملية التغيير من الضلالة إلى الهداية وذلك من خلال وضع منهج كامل وخطة شاملة، تتمثل استراتيجيتها في اتخاذ إجراءات لازمة وتحديد وسائل وأهداف صحيحة منها:
الوقوف على معاني القرآن الكريم، وأن تطبق في السلوك، وأن يكون هذا التنفيذ فعلاً واعيا مع إدراك حقيقة الفعل الذي يمارس وبشكله الصحيح والغاية التي يحققها القيام به.
كما بين البحث أهمية الوقوف على الظواهر المراد علاجها، والمشكلات التي يريد استبدالها، بكل دقة وإحاطة وشمول، لما في ذلك من ضمان فعالية الإنجاز وإتمام العمل بنجاح.
ومن عوامل التغيير التي حرص البحث على بيانها الاعتناء بالإنسان وغرس معاني القيم والمبادئ في ذاته والتركيز على تكوينه عقائديا وسلوكيا وعلميا فهي تؤدي إلى تعميق البعد الروحي والاتصال بالله تعالى.
كما يهدف البحث إلي بيان منهج القرآن الكريم في التدرج وعدم نزوله جملة واحدة لحكم جليلة ومقاصد عظيمة، تتعلق برسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، بصفة خاصة، حيث إثبات رسالته صلي الله عليه وسلم، وإقامة الدليل على إعجاز القرآن الكريم، وتعليمه بأسلوب هو غاية ما توصل إليه أهل التربية في حفظ النصوص الطويلة وتسهيل فهمها.
كما يهدف البحث إلى بيان الحكم من نزوله مفرقا التي تتعلق بالأمة بصفة عامة حيث انتزاع العقائد الباطلة ومعالجة العادات القبيحة، وسياسة التدرج وإبراز العظات والتجاوب مع الأحكام وغيرها.

This research tells us how the process of change can be achieved from misguidance to guidance through the development of a complete approach and a comprehensive plan. The strategy is to take necessary actions and identify correct means and objectives, including:
Understanding the meanings of the Holy Qur'an and applying them in the conduct. This implementation should be an act undertaken with full conscious, while recognizing the truth of the act that is being practised, in its proper form, and the purpose achieved by doing it.
The research also highlighted the importance of identifying the phenomena to be remedied and the problems to be replaced, with accuracy, awareness and comprehensiveness, as it ensures the effectiveness of the accomplishment and the successful completion of the work.
One of the factors of change that the research has been keen to describe is caring for the human being, instilling the meanings of values and principles in him and focusing on his ideological, behavioural and scientific formation, which lead to deepening the spiritual dimension and connecting to Allah.
The research also aims to explain the approach of the Holy Quran revelation in parts and not all at once by command of the Almighty and for great purposes which concern the Messenger of Allah (PBUH), in particular, for proving his (PBUH) message, establishing proof of the miracles of the Holy Quran, and teaching it in a manner is an objective achieved by the people of knowledge by memorizing the long texts and making them easier to understand.
The research also aims to explain the objective of its revelation in parts which concern the Ummah in general in order to remove the false beliefs, treat ugly customs, the policy of gradation, highlighting sermons and complying with the rulings etc.
