المستخلص: درجت في هذا البحث إلى الحديث عن الرأي السديد لتمثيل الصحابة واستعرضت فيه عظم مكانتهم من خلال أحاديث الرسول الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم، وأقوال السلف، ثم أشرت إلى أهميت هذا الموضوع وسبب اختياره، وبينت تأصيل الحكم الشرعي للتمثيل على وجه العموم والديني على الخصوص، كما تناولت حكم تمثيل الصحابة مستعرضة أدلة المانعين له والمجيزين والرد عليهم، ثم ذكرت المفاسد المترتبة على تمثيل الصحابة، وأشرت إلى دور فقه الموازنات في هذه النازلة ثم ختمت البحث ببعض النتائج والتوصيات.
أما النتائج فهي:
1. لا يجوز تمثيل أي واحد من الصحابة بأي شكل من الأشكال؛ لمنافاة ذلك لمنزلتهم العالية، وثناء الله عليهم، وسداً لذريعة الاستهانة بهم.
2. الصحابة لهم خصائص لا يشاركهم فيها أحد منها: أنهم حملة الدين وأفعالهم وأقوالهم تطبيق للشريعة وفي تمثيلهم امتهان لهم وتقليل من شأنهم ولما يحملون.
3. تمثيلهم وتجسيد شخصياتهم مخالف لمعظم الفتاوى الصادرة من كبار العلماء في المملكة وخارجها، وفيه تقويض لدعائم الشريعة والتشكيك في مصدرها.
أما التوصيات فهي:
1) الحرص على المطالبة بالفتوى الجماعية، والبعد عن الفتوى الفردية لأي نازلة من نوازل الأمة.
2) تفعيل دور علمائنا الكرام وأن لا يقتصر دورهم على إصدار الفتاوى فقط دون السعي لتنفيذ ما فيها، ومنها: منع جميع الوسائل التي تقدح فيهم وتجسد صورهم، وإصدار نظام يمنع من القيام بإنتاج هذه الأعمال.

In this research, I talked about the sound idea of representing the Sahaabah (Companions of Prophet Mohammed PBUH), I mentioned the greatness of their status through the sayings of Prophet (PBUH) and those who followed him. Then I pointed out the importance of this subject and the reason behind choosing it. I explained Islamic legislative ruling with regard to representing in general and religious representing in particular. I discussed the ruling about representing Sahaba by showing the opinions of those who prevent it and those who permit it and responses to them. Then I mentioned the consequences of representing the Sahaabah. I referred to the role of the jurisprudence of budgets in this context and ended the study with some conclusions and recommendations.
The results are:
1- It is not permissible to represent any of the Sahaabah in any way, because it is against their high status, and Allaah’s praises to them and in order to block a mean of underestimating them.

2- Sahabah have characteristics which can not be owned by others; they are the bearers of religion; their actions and words are fully compatible with Shariah. Their representation is like insulting them and underestimating their status and what they bear.
3- Their representation and personification are contrary to most of the fatwas issued by leading scholars in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad. It undermines the pillars of sharia and questions its source.
The recommendations include:
1- Striving for collective fatwa and avoiding individual fatwas for any catastrophe in Ummah.
2- Activating the role of our distinguished religious scholars and not limiting their role to issuing fatwas only without striving for the implementation of what they contain, and includes: preventing all means that insult the Sahaba and personify their images, and issue a regulation through which the production of such works can be prevented.
