المستخلص: 1- استعمل الفقهاء المتقدمين مصطلح الالتزام بكثرة في مصنفاتهم وتأليفهم، للدلالة على إلزام الإنسان نفسه شيئاً غير لازم له اختياراً، وكانوا يطلقونه على نوعين منه، الأول: التزام تبادلي، والثاني: التزام فردي. 2- أن التعريف الراجح للالتزام أنه: إيجاب الإنسان على نفسه أمراً جائزاً شرعاً. 3- مصادر الالتزام تنحصر في التصرفات التي تتم بإيجاب وقبول، والتصرفات التي تتم بالإيجاب المجرد عن القبول، وأما التصرفات التي تنشأ بغير اختيار الإنسان وإرادته كالفعل الضار، والفعل النافع، والشرع، فإنها مصادر للإلزام لا الالتزام. 4- لا يصح الإلزام بمذهب معين في الفتوى، بل على المفتي أن يتحرى ما يشهد له الدليل، من كتاب أو سنة، وفق طرق الاستدلال، التي نص عليها علماء أصول الفقه في كتبهم. هذا والحمد لله أولا وآخراً، وصلى الله على نبينا محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم.

Praise be to Allaah, who, by His grace, is good, and after Allaah has done me to complete this brief research on the obligation of the doctrine in education, I present it to the holy reader, showing the results of this research. 1- The advanced jurists used the term of commitment in many of their work and composition, to indicate the obligation of the person himself something is not necessary choice, and they were calling on two types of it, the first: mutual commitment, and the second: individual commitment. 2- The most correct definition of the obligation is that: The man's self-affirmation is permissible in sharee'ah. 3- Sources of commitment are limited to the actions taken in the affirmative and acceptance, and actions taken positively affirmation of acceptance, and actions that arise without the choice of man and his will, such as harmful action, useful action, and Sharia, are sources of obligation not commitment. 4- It is not correct to bind a specific doctrine in the fatwa. Rather, the mufti must investigate what the evidence attests to, from a book or a year, according to the methods of inference, which were written by the scholars of the fundamentals of fiqh in their books.
