المستخلص: مشكلة البحث: تثير مشكلة البحث الأسئلة الآتية: 1-ما معايير جودة الإشراف العلمي على طلبة الدراسات العليا بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال؟ 2-ما مدى مراعاة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمعايير جودة الإشراف العلمي على طلبة الدراسات العليا بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال -من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا؟ 3- ما الفروق بين وجهات نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا (ماجستير/ دكتوراه) بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال في تقييمهم لمدى مراعاة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمعايير جودة الإشراف العلمي عليهم؟ أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى: ١ -إعداد قائمة علمية بمعايير جودة الإشراف العلمي على طلبة الدراسات العليا بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال. وتقويم مدى مراعاة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمعايير جودة الإشراف العلمي على طلبة الدراسات العليا بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال -من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا وتعرف الفرق بين وجهات نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا (ماجستير /دكتوراه) بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال في مدى مراعاة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمعايير جودة الإشراف العلمي عليهم. أهمية البحث: تتمثل أهمية البحث فيما يأتي: )1) إنه محاولة لتطوير متطلبات تحديث العمل الجامعي على مستوى البحث العلمي. (٢) أهمية البحث العلمي باعتباره إحدى الوظائف المهمة التي ينبغي أن يقوم بأدائها أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة. (3) محاولة معالجة القصور الكمي والكيفي والتي أشارت إليها بعض الدراسات السابقة في نوعية البرامج المقدمة لإعداد وتنمية قدرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ومن ثم مقابلة الحاجة إلى برامج تدريبية من قبل مختصين تراعي احتياجات المشرفين على الرسائل العلمية من شباب أعضاء هيئة التدريس. (4) إمكانية الاستفادة بنتائج هذه الدراسة في تطوير وتنمية القدرات الخاصة بالإشراف العلمي بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال بالجامعات المصرية والعربية. (5) إضافة أداة علمية جديدة للمكتبة العربية لتحديد معايير جودة الإشراف العلمي على طلبة الدراسات العليا بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال. حدود البحث: تتحدد نتائج البحث الحالي كما يأتي: أ‌- مجموعة البحث: وعددهم (٩٨) من طلبة الدراسات العليا المسجلين لدرجتي الماجستير والدكتوراه بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال بالجامعات المصرية (أسيوط-المنيا -القاهرة -الزقازيق-المنصورة). ب‌- الأدوات المستخدمة فيه (من إعداد الباحثة)، وهي: 1- استطلاع رأى السادة المحكمين حول صلاحيه قائمة معايير جودة الإشراف العلمي 2- استبانة معايير جودة الإشراف العلمي على طلبة الدراسات العليا بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال. منهج البحث: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعتمد على تحليل وتبويب المعلومات، وتحليل البيانات 1- خلاصة النتائج: تحققت في الواقع الفعلي أبعاد استبانة معايير جودة الإشراف العلمي على طلبة الماجستير والدكتوراه ودرجته الكلية (0.838) بشكل متوسط في ضوء آراء مجموعة البحث. 2- احتل بعد (الإشراف الفني على الرسالة) المرتبة الأولى في الواقع الفعلي لمستوى معايير جودة للإشراف العلمي على طلبة الماجستير والدكتوراه بأقسام وكليات رياض الأطفال، واحتل بعد (توفير بيئة البحث العلمي) المرتبة الثانية في حين جاء بعد (التعامل الشخصي والإنساني) في المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة. 3- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين آراء طلاب الماجستير والدكتوراه في بعد (توفير بيئة البحث العلمي) وفي صالح طلاب الدكتوراه، في حين توجد فروق غير دالة إحصائياً في بعدي (التعامل الشخصي والإنساني والإشراف الفني على الرسالة) والدرجة الكلية للاستبانة.

Research problem: The research problem raises the following questions: -What are the criteria for the quality of scientific supervision of graduate students in kindergartens departments and colleges? -To what extent are the members of the faculty to respect the quality standards of scientific supervision of graduate students in the departments and colleges of kindergartens from the point of view of postgraduate students? -What are the differences between the views of postgraduate students (MA / PhD) in the departments and colleges of kindergartens in their assessment of the extent to which the members of the faculty respect the standards of quality of scientific supervision them? Research Objectives: The current research aims to: -To prepare a scientific list of the quality standards of scientific supervision for postgraduate students in the departments and colleges of kindergartens. It assesses the extent to which faculty members respect the quality standards of scientific supervision of postgraduate students in the departments and colleges of kindergartens - from the point of view of postgraduate students. Postgraduate studies (MA / PhD) in the departments and colleges of kindergartens in the extent to which the faculty members respect the quality standards of scientific supervision. The importance of research: The importance of research is as follows: -It is an attempt to develop the requirements for the modernization of university work at the level of scientific research. -The importance of scientific research as one of the important functions that should be performed by faculty members at the university. -Attempting to address the quantitative and qualitative deficiencies mentioned in some previous studies in the quality of the programs provided for the development and development of faculty members, and then to meet the need for training programs by specialists that take into account the needs of supervisors of the scientific messages of young faculty members. -The possibility of benefiting from the results of this study in developing and developing the capacities of scientific supervision in the departments and colleges of kindergartens in Egyptian and Arab universities. Add a new scientific tool to the Arab library to determine the quality standards of scientific supervision of postgraduate students in the departments and colleges of kindergartens. search limits: The results of the current research are determined as follows: A - The research group: The number of (98) graduate students registered for master and doctoral degrees in the departments and colleges of kindergartens in Egyptian universities (Assiut - Minia - Cairo - Zagazig – Mansoura). B - The tool used in it (prepared by the researcher), namely: Determining the quality standards of scientific supervision for postgraduate students in kindergartens departments and colleges. Research Methodology: The analytical descriptive method was used, which is based on analyzing and sorting information, and analyzing data. -Summary of Results: The actual dimensions of the survey of the quality standards of scientific supervision on the master and doctoral students and the total degree (0.838) in the actual reality in light of the opinions of the research group. 2 After the (technical supervision of the message) ranked first in the actual reality of the level of quality standards for scientific supervision of the master and doctoral students in the departments and colleges of kindergartens, and after (providing the environment of scientific research) ranked second, while came after (personal and human interaction) Third and last 3 - There are statistically significant differences between the views of the Masters and PhD students in the post (provide the environment of scientific research) in favor of doctoral students, while there are differences statistically significant in the dimension (personal and human interaction and technical supervision of the message) and the overall degree of the questionnaire.
