فاعلية شبكة التواصل الاجتماعى "الويكى" فى تنمية المفاهيم التكنولوجية والتربوية ومهارات الإنترنت لدى طلاب المعهد العالى للدراسات النوعية

المستخلص: The objective of the research was to uncover the effectiveness of the social network "wiki" in the development of technological and educational concepts and the skills of the Internet students of the second division Department of Administrative-Information Systems at the Higher Institute of Qualitative Studies in Giza, What is the effectiveness of the social network "wiki" in the development of technological and educational concepts and Internet skills of students of the .Higher Institute of qualitative studies? This main question is divided by the following sub- questions: What are the technological and educational concepts to be developed in the first module (basic concepts of Internet skills) in the course of Internet and multimedia applications for students of the Higher Institute of Qualitative Studies? 1. What .are the Internet skills to be developed in the first module (basic concepts of Internet skills) in the course of Internet and multimedia applications for students of the Higher Institute of Qualitative Studies? 2. Are there statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a 0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group and the average score of the control group students in the post-test of technological and educational concepts? 3. Are there statistically significant differences at the level of (a 0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group and the average scores of the control group students in the post application of the observation card? 4. Is the social network ,'wiki" a gain factor >(1.2) based on the coefficient of gain for Black in the development of technological and educational concepts and Internet use skills of students of the Higher Institute of Qualitative Studies? To answer these questions, the research tools were built, which consisted of testing the technological and educational concepts, which consisted of (37) paragraphs and a note card for internet skills consisting of (33) paragraphs distributed over five dimensions. To verify their validity and stability, the tools were presented to a group of arbitrators, Curricula, teaching methods and education technology, some of them experts in the field of networks and the Internet and made amendments proposed by the arbitrators. A random sample of 40 male and female students from the Higher Institute for Qualitative Studies was selected and distributed to two experimental groups of 20 students and 20 female students. Using the nature of the research, the researcher used the following research methods : Analytical Descriptive Methodology: To analyze the content of the first module (basic concepts of Internet skills) in the course of the Internet and Multimedia Applications course of the second division, the Department of Management Information Systems at the Higher Institute of Qualitative Studies in Giza, to extract a list of the technological and educational concepts contained in this module. Experimental Method: To study the effectiveness of the social network "wiki" in the development of technological and educational concepts and Internet skills, where the experimental group studied the unit (basic concepts of Internet skills) through social network "wiki", while the control group studied in the normal way. After the experiment was completed and the research tools were applied, the data were collected and then statistically analyzed using the appropriate statistical methods: the Mann Wutni test and the ETA square coefficient. . The research found the following results: 1. Identify a list of technological and educational concepts contained in Module 1 (Basic Concepts of Internet Skills) in the Internet and Multimedia Applications Course. 2. Identify a list of Internet skills to be developed by students of the Higher Institute of Qualitative Studies. 3. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance of 0.05 between the average scores of the experimental group and the average score of the students in the control group in the post-test of the technological and educational concepts in favor of the experimental group. 4. There are statistically significant differences at the mean level of 0.05 between the average scores of the experimental group and the average score of students in the control group in the post application of the Internet skills note for the experimental group. 5. The social networking network "Wiki" achieved a gain factor > (1.2) based on the coefficient of earning for Black in the development of technological and educational concepts and Internet skills of the Higher Institute of Qualitative Studies in Giza and therefore they are effective. Based on the findings of the research, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is: the need to employ social networks in education to develop different concepts and skills, and the need to hold courses and workshops to train faculty members and students to use the social network "wiki" in education.

هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي "الويكي" في تنمية المفاهيم التكنولوجية والتربوية ومهارات الانترنت لدى طلاب الفرقة الثانية قسم نظم المعلومات الإدارية بالمعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية بالجيزة، حيث حددت مشكلة البحث في السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما فاعلية شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي "الويكي" في تنمية المفاهيم التكنولوجية والتربوية ومهارات الإنترنت لدى طلاب المعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية؟ ويتفرع من هذا السؤال الرئيسي الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: 1. ما المفاهيم التكنولوجية والتربوية المراد تنميتها في الوحدة الأولى (المفاهيم الأساسية لمهارات الإنترنت) بمقرر تطبيقات الإنترنت والوسائط المتعددة لدى طلاب المعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية؟ 2. ما مهارات الإنترنت المراد تنميتها في الوحدة الأولى (المفاهيم الأساسية لمهارات الإنترنت) بمقرر تطبيقات الإنترنت والوسائط المتعددة لدى طلاب المعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية؟ 3. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار البعدي للمفاهيم التكنولوجية والتربوية؟ 4. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة؟ 5. هل تحقق شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي "الويكي" معامل كسب ≥ (1.2) بناء على معامل الكسب لبلاك في تنمية المفاهيم التكنولوجية والتربوية ومهارات استخدام الانترنت لدى طلاب المعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية؟ وللإجابة عن هذه الأسئلة تم بناء أدوات البحث والتي تمثلت في اختبار المفاهيم التكنولوجية والتربوية حيث تكون من (37) فقرة وبطاقة ملاحظة لمهارات الانترنت تكونت من (33) فقرة موزعة على خمسة أبعاد، وللتأكد من صدقها وثباتها تم عرض الأدوات على مجموعة من المحكمين بعضهم خبراء في المناهج وطرق التدريس وتكنولوجيا التعليم وبعضهم خبراء بمجال الشبكات والانترنت وقام الباحث بالتعديلات التي اقترحها المحكمين. وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (40) طالب وطالبة من طالبات طلاب المعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية، وزعت على مجموعتين مجموعة تجريبية وعددها (20) طالب وأخرى ضابطة وعددها (20) طالب. واستخدم الباحث وفقا لطبيعة البحث مناهج البحث التالية: 1. المنهج الوصفي التحليلي: لتحليل محتوى الوحدة الأولى (المفاهيم الأساسية لمهارات الانترنت) بمقرر تطبيقات الانترنت والوسائط المتعددة للفرقة الثانية قسم نظم المعلومات الإدارية بالمعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية بالجيزة وذلك لاستخراج قائمة بالمفاهيم التكنولوجية والتربوية الواردة في هذه الوحدة. 2. المنهج التجريبي: وذلك لدراسة فاعلية شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي "الويكي" في تنمية المفاهيم التكنولوجية والتربوية ومهارات الإنترنت، حيث درست المجموعة التجريبية وحدة (المفاهيم الأساسية لمهارات الإنترنت) من خلال شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي "الويكي"، بينما درست المجموعة الضابطة بالطريقة العادية. وبعد الانتهاء من إجراء التجربة وتطبيق أدوات البحث تم جمع البيانات، ومن ثم تحليليها إحصائياً باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة وهي اختبار مان ووتني ومعامل مربع إيتا. وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: 1. تحديد قائمة بالمفاهيم التكنولوجية والتربوية المتضمنة في الوحدة الأولى (المفاهيم الأساسية لمهارات الإنترنت) بمقرر تطبيقات الإنترنت والوسائط المتعددة. 2. تحديد قائمة بمهارات الإنترنت المراد تنميتها لدى طلاب المعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية. 3. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار البعدي للمفاهيم التكنولوجية والتربوية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 4. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسط درجات طلاب في المجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة لمهارات الإنترنت لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 5. تحقق شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي "الويكي" معامل كسب > (1.2) بناء على معامل الكسب لبلاك في تنمية المفاهيم التكنولوجية والتربوية ومهارات استخدام الإنترنت لدى طلاب المعهد العالي للدراسات النوعية، وبالتالي فهي تتصف بالفاعلية. وبناء على ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج أوصى الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة توظيف الشبكات الاجتماعية في التعليم لتنمية المفاهيم والمهارات المختلفة، وضرورة عقد دورات وورش عمل لتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة على استخدام شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي "الويكي" في التعليم.
