هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم مشكلات الطالبات بناء على نتائج العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية (العصابية، الانبساطية، الانفتاح على الخبرة، الطيبة، يقظة الضمير)، وذكر دور المرشدة الطلابية في التغلب على تلك المشكلات بالطرق التربوية والبرامج العلاجية والوقائية، التي تساعد المرشدات الطلابيات على أداء مهامهن بكفاءة عالية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) طالبة من المرحلة الثانوية، وطبقت عليهن أداة مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية من إعداد كوستا وماكري (1992) وتعريب الأنصاري (1997)، وأسفرت النتائج أن سمة يقظة الضمير حلت في المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.91) وانحراف معياري (0.54) تليها سمة الطيبة بمتوسط حسابي (3.39) وانحراف معياري (0.37) بينما تأتي سمة الانفتاح في المرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي (3.28) وانحراف معياي (0.34) تليها سمة الانبساط (3.26) وانحراف (0.45)، أما من جانب سمة العصابية فإن نتيجة الإحصاء قد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لإجابات أفراد العينة (2.88) وانحراف (0.43) وهي بذلك لا تتسم بالارتفاع، وبناء على هذه النتائج لا يمكن الكشف عن مشكلات الطالبات وفق نموذج العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية، فالعينة تتميز بيقظة ضمير عالية وطيبة وانفتاح وانبساط مرتفع وليس لديها عصابية. وبناء عليه يمكن القول إن الدراسة لم تحقق أهم الأهداف التي تمت لأجلها. وتوصي الباحثة بإجراء دراسة مماثلة لعينة لا تتجاوز بضع طالبات وتكون على صورة دراسة حالة.
The study aimed to identify the most important students problems based on the results of the five major factors of personality (Neuroticism, altruism, openness to experience, goodness, alertness of conscience), and the role of student guides in overcoming these problems through educational methods and remedial and preventive programs, which help female students to perform their tasks efficiently. The sample of the study consisted of (30) secondary school students, and they applied the tool of the five major factors of personality from the numbers of Costa and Macri (1992) and Arabis Al-Ansari (1997), the result was that the level of alertness of the conscience was ranked first with an average of 3.91 and a standard deviation of 0.54 followed by a good characteristic with an average of 3.39 and a standard deviation of 0.37 . My account 3.28 has a standard deviation 0.34 followed by an extinction characteristic 3.26 and a deviation 0.45, from the side of the Neuroticism, the result of the census was the arithmetical average of the responses of the sample members 2.88 and the deviation 0.43 , which is not characterized by a rise, based on these results can not detect the problems of students according to the model of the five major factors of the personality, the sample is characterized by high alertness and good conscience and openness and high maturity and does not have neurosis, therefore, it can be said that the study did not achieve the most important goals that were made for it, the researcher recommends a similar study for a sample does not exceed a few students and be in the form of a case stud.
