المستخلص: L'activation du tourisme est un véritable pari pour soutenir l'économie nationale et une source de création de richesse et d'emplois, des revenus durables et de se débarrasser de la dépendance des revenus des richesses pétrolières, en particulier car L’Algérie a le potentiel touristique (naturel, culturel, civilisé, ...) l'étoffe d'être un favori souhaitable parmi la destination des touristes locaux et les étrangers, mais le tourisme en Algérie fait face à beaucoup d'obstacles mis en évidence la pénurie importante dans le contrôle structurel et humain, l'échec de l'infrastructure, le manque de culture du tourisme, faible activité du marketing touristique ... donc activer ce secteur a besoin de la nécessité d'efforts concertés et la mise en place d'une véritable zones d'expansion touristique, Les investissements dans les infrastructures, encourager le secteur privé local et étranger, et établir une claire stratégie touristique, c'est l'orientation actuelle de l'Etat à travers le Schéma Directeur d’aménagement touristique (SDAT), qui est la principale référence pour l'activation du secteur touristique afin de donner un statut à L’Algérie décent au niveau local, régional et international dans les rangs des principaux pays touristiques.

تنشيط قطاع السياحة يعد رهانا حقيقيا لدعم الاقتصاد الوطني ومصدر لخلق الثروات ومناصب الشغل والمداخيل المستدامة والتخلص من التبعية لعوائد الثروة البترولية، خاصة أن الجزائر تمتلك من المقومات السياحية (طبيعية، ثقافية، حضارية، ...) ما يؤهلها لتكون وجهة مرغوبة ومفضله لدى السياح المحليين والأجانب، غير أن السياحة في الجزائر يواجهها الكثير من المعوقات أبرزها نقص كبير في التأطير الهيكلي والبشرى، تخلف البنى التحتية، غياب الثقافة السياحية، ضعف نشاط التسويق السياحي... ومن أجل تجاوز هذه المعوقات وتنشيط قطاع السياحة يجب تضافر الجهود وإقامة مناطق توسع سياحي حقيقية، الاستثمار في الهياكل والبنى التحتية، تشجيع القطاع الخاص المحلي والأجنبي، وإرساء استراتيجية سياحية واضحة المعالم، وهذا هو التوجه الجديد للدولة من خلال المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية (SDAT) الذي يعد المرجع الرئيسي لتفعيل القطاع السياحي من أجل إعطاء الجزائر المكانة اللائقة به محليا، إقليميا ودوليا في مصاف الدول السياحية الرائدة.

Revitalising the tourism sector is a real bet to support the national economy and a source for creating wealth, jobs and sustainable incomes and getting rid of dependence on oil wealth revenues. Since Algeria possesses tourist components (natural, cultural, civilisational etc. ), this makes it qualified to become a desirable and preferred destination for both domestic and foreign tourists. However, tourism in Algeria faces many obstacles, most notably a lack of structural and human framework, underdevelopment of infrastructure, absence of tourism culture and weak tourism marketing activity. There is a need to combine efforts and establish real tourist expansion zones, invest in structures and infrastructure, encourage the local and foreign private sector, and develop a clear tourism strategy, to overcome these obstacles and revitalise the tourism sector. This is the new orientation of the country under the Tourism Planning Guidance Scheme (SDAT). This scheme is the main reference for activating the tourism sector to give Algeria its rightful place locally, regionally and internationally in the ranks of the leading tourist countries.
