المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث دراسة أثر رأس المال الفكري في بناء استراتيجية المؤسسة، حيث تطرقنا في الجانب النظري إلى المفاهيم المرتبطة بالموضوع، وأما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا على استبيان تم توزيعه على مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية العاملة في القطاع الإنتاجي بولاية عين تموشنت. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج القيمة من أهمها تأثير رأس المال الفكري على بناء استراتيجية المؤسسات محل الدراسة.

This research aims to study the impact of intellectual capital on the implementation of the strategy of the company, where we approached in the theoretical part the concepts related to the subject, to the practical part, we relied on a questionnaire which was distributed to a group of economic enterprises operating in the production sector in the wilaya of Ain Temouchent. The study achieved a number of results, the most important of which is the impact of intellectual capital on the strategy of the institutions studied.

Cette recherche a pour objectif d’étudier l’impact du capital intellectuel sur la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie de l’entreprise, où nous avons abordé dans la partie théorique les concepts liés au sujet, à la partie pratique, nous nous sommes appuyés sur un questionnaire qui a été distribué à un groupe. Des entreprises économiques opérant dans le secteur de la production dans la wilaya d’Ain Temouchent. L'étude a abouti à un certain nombre de résultats, dont le plus important est l'impact du capital intellectuel sur la stratégie des institutions étudiées.
