المستخلص: للبحث في قوانين الفهم أهمية خاصة؛ وهي تتيح لنا أدراك كيف تجري عملية فهم النص وحدودها، وكيف يتم مجال السير عبر قواعد الفهم، وهل يمكن الاستغناء عنها أم لا؟ كذلك فهي تكشف لنا عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الفهم والنص، ومن ثم تحديد الشروط الكفيلة بتحقيق التطابق بينهما. كلام الإمام علي بن أي طالب (رض) في نهج البلاغة بؤرة غير منفتحة، وتحتاج إلى قوانين تفتح شفراته، وتثبج مساماته، فما من نص إلا ويستهدف نوعا محددا من المتلقين، وهو عند استهدافه لجماعة من المخاطبين يوظف جملة من دلالات السياق اللغوي المتعارف عليها، بحيث يفهمها القارئ والمتلقي المستهدف، وبذلك لا يكون معنيا بذكر كل شيء يريد قوله، فقد يضمر أشياء لا تحتاج إلى الذكر الصريح باعتبارها معلومة ومفهومة لدى المتلقي. أو انه يضمر أشياء تعد حاضرة سلفا لدى ثقافة المتلقي، لاسيما تلك المتعلقة بقيمه وظروفه الاجتماعية. فهو بمثابة القارئ الأصلي حسب التعبير الأدبي لكونه المعني بالفهم. ويعد هذا التبليغ والتواصل عقلائيا، فمتلقي الخطاب يفهم هذا التبليغ وإن لم يصرح به لغويا. تحاول هذه الدراسة بالاستعانة بالقواعد الهرمنيوطيقية الكشف عن مخابئ النص العلوي وتجلياته المضمرة، مستعينا بأقوال الشراح لكلامه، والأطر المهيمنة في قراءة النص.
