المستخلص: عرف نشاط المؤسسات في دول الاتحاد الأوروبي مؤخرا تنافس من أجل تميز منتجاتها وخدماتها من المنظور البيئي، الإجراء الجديد يتمثل في إشهاد بيئي يمنح حسب مراعاة مجموعة من الجوانب المؤثرة على البيئة من طرف المؤسسات بدراسة نشاطها وكذا دورة حياة منتجاتها وخدماتها.
هذه الورقة تدرس إجراءات منح هذا الإشهاد البيئي من طرف الجهات المخولة (حالة بلجيكا، هيئة بروكسل بيئة) وكيف تخضع المؤسسات لمجموعة من الإجراءات المتتالية حتى تتحصل على وسام البيئة، وأن المؤسسات تبقى خاضعة للرقابة حتى يتم إثبات التزامها المستمر واحترامها للبيئة.
أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها بعد تناولنا الموضوع، هو أن هذا الاعتراف يقوي صورة وعلامة المؤسسة، يزيد من مراعاة الشركات للبيئة ويكسبها احترام المحيط، فتكتسب خبرات وتجارب وتمضي قدما حسب إمكانيتها بكل حرية بحيث تتحصل على مكافئات وتحقق مكاسب اقتصادية ومالية.

L’activité des entreprises de l’Union européenne a récemment concouru à distinguer ses produits et services du point de vue environnemental, la nouvelle procédure menée par les autorités environnementales c'est la labellisation des entreprises sous forme de reconnaissance environnementale qui tien en compte diver aspects de l’environnement au cours de leurs activités et le cycle de vie de leurs produits et services.
Cette feuille de recherche étudie les procédures d’attribution de cette certification environnementale par les organismes officiels (cas de Belgique, Bruxelles environnement) et comment les entreprises sont soumises à une série de procédures successives pour obtenir la médaille environnementale.
À la fin de cette étude nous avons constaté comme résultats importants que la reconnaissance environnementale renforce l'image et la marque de l'entreprise, en augmentant la sensibilité des entreprises à l'environnement et en gagnant le respect de l'entourage, en acquérant des expertises et de l'expérience et progressant aussi librement que possible pour qu’ils obtiennent des récompenses et réalisent des gains économiques.


The activity of institutions in the countries of European Union has recently been known to compete in order to distinguish their products and services from an environmental perspective. The new procedure consists of an environmental certification granted in accordance with a range of aspects affecting the environment by institutions to study their activities as well as the life cycle of their products and services.
This paper examines the procedures for granting this environmental certification by authorized entities (the case of Belgium, the Brussels Environment Authority) and how institutions are subject to a series of successive procedures so that they receive the Environmental Medal, and that the institutions remain subject to supervision until their continued commitment and respect for the environment is established.
The most important results that we reached after we discussed the topic, is that this recognition strengthens the image and brand of the institution, increases the companies' sensitivity to the environment and earns them respect for the environment. It acquires experiences and expertise and moves forward freely according to its capabilities so that it obtains rewards and achieves economic and financial gains.
