المستخلص: عرف الإمام أبو عوانة الإسفراييني - رحمه الله - من خلال كتابه "المسند الصحيح المخرج على صحيح مسلم" بإمامته في الحديث، واتساع روايته، إلا أنه - رحمه الله -اعتنى بفقه الحديث عناية خاصة من خلال التبويب؛ فقد احتوت تراجمه للأحاديث على مسائل فقهية عديدة. وهذا البحث يهدف إلى إبراز الجانب الفقهي للإمام أبي عوانة -رحمه الله - من خلال عرض المسائل التي انفرد برأيه الفقهي فيها عن المذاهب الفقهية الأربعة في جزء من أبواب الصلاة. واشتمل البحث على مقدمة، وتمهيد، وأربعة مباحث، وخاتمة: المقدمة: وفيها: مشكلة البحث، وأهميته، وأسباب اختياره، ومصطلحاته، وحدوده، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وإجراءاته التمهيد: وفيه: أولا: نبذة موجزة عن الإمام أبي عوانة - رحمه الله -. ثانيا: التعريف بكتاب "المسند الصحيح". المباحث: وهي أربعة مباحث: المبحث الأول: ما يقال في السكتة بين تكبيرة الافتتاح، والقراءة. المبحث الثاني: من أذكار الصلاة. المبحث الثالث: إعادة الصلاة في جماعة أخرى. المبحث الرابع: محل سجود السهو. وأما الخاتمة: فاشتملت على أبرز نتائج البحث، وتوصياته هذا وأسأل الله أن ينفعني به، والمسلمين، ويجعله خالصا لوجهه الكريم، وصلى الله على نبينا محمد، وعلى آله، وصحبه، وسلم.

Imam Abu Awwanah al-Isfriayini (may Allah have mercy on him), through his book al-Musnad al-Saheeh al-Muslim, came to be known as an imam in the hadeeth and the breadth of his narration. However, he (may Allah have mercy on him) took special care of the fiqh of the hadeeth through chapterisation. His transverses of the ahaadeeth contain many issues of jurisprudence. This research aims to highlight the fiqh (jurisprudential) aspect of Imam Abi Awwanah (may Allah have mercy on him) by presenting the issues on which he has a unique view of the four fiqh (jurisprudence) doctrines in part of the chapters of prayer. The research included an introduction, a prelude, four areas of research, and a conclusion: The introduction: and it covers the problem of research, its importance, the reasons for choosing it, its terms, limits, previous studies, the methodology of research and its procedures. The prelude: and it includes A brief overview of Imam Abi Awwanah (may Allaah have mercy on him). Secondly, Introduction to the book “The correct Musnad”. The Researches: These are four researches: The first research: what is said in the Saktah (short break) between the opening takbeer and recitation of the Quran. The second research is about the adhkar (remembrances) of prayer. The third research is regarding the repetition of prayer in another congregation. The fourth research is the place of prostration of forgetfulness. With regards to the conclusion, it contains the most important results and recommendations of the research. I ask Allaah to benefit me and the Muslims and make it pure for his noble sake alone. May Allaah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.
