The working paper aims to explain the dimensions and aspects of the professional civil liability of the teacher necessary to raise awareness of it among the student teacher on the basis that each profession has a set of laws that govern and codify its liabilities and the rights of its employees and the legal limits for dealing with them or with the public, in order to comply with the duties and adhere to the rights recognized by those laws and then preparing him for the stage of his exit to the labor market and assuming responsibility within the community. The paper also discusses the mechanisms of developing awareness of the dimensions and aspects of this responsibility in the digital age. Educational blogs are considered as one of the technological innovations in the digital age, which can be used to raise awareness of the dimensions and aspects of that responsibility of the student-teacher.
The working paper addresses the following points:
- The importance of the awareness of teachers and those, preparing to work in the teaching profession of professional legislation and the dimensions and aspects of the teacher's civil liability.
- The current reality of the level of legal awareness of teachers regarding the dimensions and aspects of their professional civil liabilities and the legal legislations that regulate those liabilities.
