المستخلص: يعتمد الاندماج المالي للمغرب فى إفريقيا، بالدرجة الأولى، على مدى الالتزام السياسي لكل الأطراف وذلك عبر إنشاء مشاريع استثمارية إقليمية، لا سيما المتعلقة بالبنيات التحتية الأساسية، وكذلك على المستوى المؤسسي من خلال تعزيز المؤسسات الإقليمية. إن الاندماج المالي يتحقق من خلال الخدمات المصرفية عبر الحدود وتطوير أسواق رأس المال والبنية التحتية المالية.

Morocco’s financial integration in Africa depends on the sustainable anchoring of political commitment through the establishment of regional investment projects, particularly in infrastructure, and on the institutional level through the strengthening of regional institutions. It is advancing through cross-border banking and the development of capital markets and financial infrastructure.

L’intégration financière du Maroc en Afrique est tributaire de l’ancrage durable de l’engagement politique à travers la mise en place de projets d’investissement régionaux, notamment dans l’infrastructure, et sur le plan institutionnel par le renforcement des institutions régionales. En effet, elle progresse au moyen d’activités bancaires transfrontières et au développement des marchés des capitaux et de l’infrastructure financière.
