French colonization was based on a legal arsenal to gradually replace the Arabic language by the French language in the various institutions. To understand what happened, it is important to reverse circular that accompanied this process of francization of Algeria, and has been since the beginning of colonization until the eve of independence. | ||

La colonisation française a été fondée sur un arsenal juridique pour remplacer progressivement la langue arabe par la langue française dans les différentes institutions. Pour comprendre ce qui s'est passé, il est important de s’intéresser aux circulaires qui ont accompagné ce processus de francisation de l'Algérie, et ce depuis le début de la colonisation jusqu'à la veille de l'indépendance. | ||
