|a تعد ظاهرة جنوح الأحداث واحدة من أهم الظواهر التي ازدادت في الأعوام الأخيرة. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أسباب ازدياد هذه الظاهرة في محافظة ذي قار، وكذلك معرفة النتائج التي تمخضت عن دخول هؤلاء الأحداث إلى الإصلاحية، وطبيعة الجنح المرتكبة، وما هو دور الإصلاحيات والمجتمع ومؤسسات الدولة (وزارات: الداخلية، والشباب، والشؤون الاجتماعية) لمعالجة هذه الظاهرة؟ أجري البحث خلال الفترة 2011- 2016 الذي تضمن دراسة الجانحين في سجن الناصرية للإصلاح. وكان مجتمع البحث عينةً تتكون من (64) جانحا مقيما في السجن الإصلاحي في مدينة الناصرية، التي يعد فيها التعليم والاقتصاد والفقر مؤشرات لمعرفة النتائج التي يمكن أن نتوصل اليها كباحثين في علم الاجتماع.

|b The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is regarded as one of the most important phenomena that have got bigger in recent years in Iraq and other countries. This research aims to identify the reasons for this phenomenon in Dhi Qar Governorate, as well as the outcomes of the involved of these juvenile offenders into the reform process, the nature of the crimes committed, and the role of the reform prisons, society and state institutions (e.g. Ministries: Interior, Youth and Social Affairs) in treating this phenomenon. The study accomplished during the period 2011-2016; which involved the study of delinquents in Nasiriyah prison for reform. The research community was a sample consisting of (64) delinquents in the reform prison in the city of Nasiriyah. The research considers education, economy and poverty as indicators to measure the results that we, as sociological researchers, can reach.
