تعتبر 6 سيجما " Six Sigma" من أهم الاساليب المستخدمة في تطوير وحل مشكلات التي تواجهه المصانع الإنتاجية بشكل عام، كما تعتبر من أهم المناهج والأساليب والأدوات العلمية التي ظهرت في الآونة الأخيرة، حيث أثبت هذا المدخل كفاءته في مساعدة الشركات الصناعية على توفير منتجات خالية من العيوب، وتشبع رغبات العملاء. وتعد الاستراتيجية الإدارية ل Six Sigma في المقام الأول بمثابة فلسفة واستراتيجية، ترمي إلى تعظيم رضا المستفيد، وجعله مستفيداً مبهوراً يمكن الاحتفاظ به مدى الحياة مستفيداً دائماً، وفي ذات الوقت تكثف أدواتها واعملها بأقصى جهد ممكن لتخفيض الانحرافات والعيوب، التي تظهر في المنتجات، والتي تتسبب في عدم رضا المستفيد، وعليه فإن الجهد الرئيس لهذه الاستراتيجية في عملية الإدارة هو ببساطة حل المشكلات، وتقليل الأخطاء والعيوب، كما تتركز استراتيجيات Six Sigma على أنه كلما كانت الشركة الصناعية قادرة على قياس العيوب الموجودة في عملية ما، فإنها تستطيع بطريقة علمية أن تزيل تلك العيوب، لتقترب من نقطة (الصفر Zero) أو الخلو ن العيوب، وبناء عليه، فإن منهجية (Six Sigma) تعد أحد أهم مناهج تطوير العمليات الاستراتيجية، وتطوير الخدمات، وتحسين الأداء وإجراء العمليات التصحيحية، وهي تمثل تطويراً لنظم ومناهج الجودة التي سبقتها. أهداف البحث إلى: 1- التوصل إلى مدى توافر متطلبات تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما في الشركات محل البحث والتي تتفرع إلى الأهداف الفرعية الأتية: • تحديد درجة إدراك العاملين في الشركات محل البحث لأهمية تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما. • تحديد مقدار توافر الثقافة التنظيمية المطلوبة لتطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما. • التوصل إلى حجم توافر المهارات اللازمة لدى العاملين لتطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما. 2- قياس أثر تطبيق منهج سيجما ستة خفض معدلات العيوب في الشركات محل الدراسة في الأقسام الفنية المختلفة (التخطيط– الباترون- القص- التشغيل- الإنهاء والتعبئة) توصل البحث إلى: 1- وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات العاملين في الأقسام المختلفة قبل وبعد تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 2- وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات العاملين في قسم التخطيط قبل وبعد تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 3- وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات العاملين في قسم الباترون والعينة قبل وبعد تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 4- وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات العاملين في قسم القص قبل وبعد تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 5- وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات العاملين في قسم التشغيل قبل وبعد تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 6- وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات العاملين في قسم الإنهاء والتعبئة قبل وبعد تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وأوصي البحث بـ: 1. الاهتمام بمصانع الملابس الجاهزة بهدف زيادة القدرة التنافسية لها لما لهذه الصناعة من قيمة اقتصادية عالية. 2. إعداد المزيد من الدراسات العلمية والفنية المتعلقة بمجال البحث. 3. نشر وتشجيع تطبيق منهجية ال 6 سيجما بمصانع الملابس الجاهزة. 4. تسهيل تعاون مصانع الملابس الجاهزة مع الباحثين في إجراء البحوث والدراسات العلمية داخل المصانع لمحاولة التغلب على الصعوبات والمشاكل التي تقابلها. 5. الاهتمام بالتدريب ورفع كفاءة العاملين في قطاع الملابس الجاهزة.

Research objectives: 1. To determine the availability of the requirements of applying the six Sigma methodology in the companies, which are divided into the following sub-objectives: • Determine the degree of awareness of the employees of the companies of the importance of applying the six Sigma methodology. • Determine the availability of the organizational culture required to implement the Six Sigma methodology. • To achieve the availability of skills required by the staff to implement the Six Sigma methodology. 2 - Measuring the impact of the application of Six Sigma approach to reduce the defect rates in the companies studied in different technical departments (planning – pattern making - cutting - production - finishing and packaging) The research reached: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of employees in various departments pre and post the implementation of the Six Sigma methodology for the benefit of the post application. 2 - There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of employees in the Planning Department pre and post the implementation of Six Sigma methodology for the benefit of the post application. 3 - There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of workers in the Department of pattern and sample pre and post the application of six Sigma methodology for the benefit of the post-application. 4 - There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the staff in the shear section pre and post the implementation of Six Sigma methodology for the benefit of the post-application. 5 - There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of employees in the operating department pre and post the implementation of Six Sigma methodology for the benefit of the post application. 6 - There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of employees in the finishing and packaging section pre and post the implementation of Six Sigma methodology for the benefit of the post application. The research recommended that : 1. Attention to ready-made garment factories in order to increase their competitiveness because of the high economic value of this industry. 2. Preparing more scientific and technical studies related to the field of research. 3. Disseminate and promote the implementation of the Six Sigma methodology in ready-made garment factories. 4. Facilitate the cooperation of ready-made garment factories with researchers in conducting research and scientific studies within factories to try to overcome the difficulties and problems that correspond. 5. Pay attention to training and raise the efficiency of workers in the garment sector.
