|a تهدف الدراسة إلى معالجة كيفية استثمار المؤسسات العالمية في المسؤولية الاجتماعية، والتعرف على تأثيراتها في بناء صورتها وتحسين سمعتها، وكذلك إظهار أهميها كدعامة استراتيجية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، عن طريق دمجها في عملياتها وإستراتيجياتها. لقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تبني المؤسسات لأنشطة وبرامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية نتيجة لتغير العلاقة بينها وبين المجتمع، كما توصي بأهمية استفادة المؤسسات الجزائرية من التجارب العالمية مع وضعها ضمن إستراتيجيتها، وسن قوانين وتشريعات تضمن محافظتها على التزاماتها الاجتماعية بهدف المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

|b The study aims to address how international enterprises invests in CSR, identifies its impacts in building its image and improving its reputation, and show its importance as a strategic pillar in achieving sustainable development by integrating them into its operations and strategies. The study concluded that enterprises should adopt CSR activities and programs as a result of the changing relationship between them and society. It also recommends the importance of Algerian enterprises benefiting from international experiences while placing them within their strategy, and enacting laws and legislations that guarantee their social commitments in order to achieve sustainable development.
