المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مكانة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية كمؤسسة مالية عالمية، ودوره في تمويل برامج ومشاريع التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، في الدول العربية والإسلامية الأعضاء، وكذلك الجاليات الإسلامية خارج هذه الدول، من أجل تطوير المجتمعات الإسلامية وتنميتها. وقد اشتمل البحث على التعريف بمجموعة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية. وتطور مؤسسات البنك لدعم تمويل التنمية، وتطور التوجهات الاستراتيجية للبنك في خدمة التمويل. ونمو الهيكل المالي وتعبئة الموارد لتلبية الاحتياجات التمويلية. والنشاط التمويلي للبنك (فاعلية تمويل التنمية). وأثر تمويل البنك للدول الأعضاء والمجتمعات الإسلامية. ودور البنك في دعم الخدمات المالية الإسلامية. وأخيرا صيغ التمويل في البنك الإسلامي للتنمية. وأسفرت الدراسة عن عدة نتائج منها: - اتضح جليا أن النظام المالي الإسلامي ممكن التطبيق، وأنه يساهم مساهمة فاعلة في دعم عملية التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. والبنك يعتبر تجربة رائدة وفريدة لتعاون دول الجنوب. - استطاع البنك أن يستنبط أساليب ووسائل تمويلية متنوعة، تعينه على تحقيق أهدافه خاصة، في مجال أسبقيات محاربة الفقر، والتنمية البشرية، والتعاون بين الدول الأعضاء ودعم وتطوير الصناعة المصرفية الإسلامية. - أعد البنك رؤية بعيدة المدى 1440 هـ (2020م)، تهدف إلى تحقيق معدلات تنموية شاملة، بالتركيز على محاربة الفقر، والارتقاء بالخدمات الصحية، وتعميم التعليم على الجميع، وتوسعة صناعة الخدمات المالية الإسلامية، وتيسير إدماج اقتصادات الدول الأعضاء فيما بينها وإدماجها في اقتصادات بقية دول العالم الأخرى.

This study is designed to identify the status of the Islamic Development Bank, a global financial institution, its role in the financing of programs and projects of economic and social development, in the Arab and Islamic countries and Member States, as well as Islamic communities outside of these states, in order to develop Islamic societies and their development. The research included a definition of the Islamic Development Bank. The evolution of world bank institutions in support of financing for development, the evolution of the strategic directions of the World Bank in the service of funding. The growth of the financial structure and the mobilization of resources to meet the financing requirements. The financial activity of the World Bank (the effectiveness of financing for development). The impact of the bank's financing of Member States and Islamic societies. The role of the Bank in support of the Islamic financial services. Finally, the funding formulas in the Islamic Bank for Development The study resulted in several results: - it had become clear that the Islamic financial system possible application, and that an effective contribution in support of the process of economic and social development. The World Bank is a leading and unique experience for the cooperation of the countries of the South. - The World Bank has been able to devise a Variety of Funding Methods and means, appointed to achieve its objectives, in particular, in the field of priorities of fighting poverty, human development, and cooperation between member states and support the development of Islamic banking industry. - The Bank has prepared a long term vision 1440e (2020m), aims to achieve comprehensive development rates, focusing on the fight against poverty, the upgrading of the health services, and education for all, the expansion of the Islamic financial services industry, and facilitate the integration of the economies of member States among them and integrate them into the economies. of the rest of the other countries of the world.
