المستخلص: تناول هذا البحث موضوع: المشاركة المتناقصة في باب الوقف، ومدى انتفاع الوقف بهذا الأسلوب الاستثماري المعاصر وصوره، وجاء هذا البحث في مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، فذكرت في المقدمة سعي المؤسسات الوقفية إلى زيادة رعيها من الأموال الوقفية عن طريق الاستثمار مع مراعاة الحال السوقية والعالمية، ثم عرضت في المبحث الأول: مفاهيم ومصطلحات البحث من مظانها المعتبرة، وذكرت في المبحث الثاني صور المشاركة المتناقصة في باب الوقف، فذكرت أنها صورتين، الأولى انتهاء المشاركة المتناقصة إلى صالح الوقف، والثانية انتهاء المشاركة المتناقصة إلى صالح الشريك، مع مراعاة المشاركة المتناقصة في الأموال دون الأعيان، أو في الأعيان، ثم حكمت على كل صورة على حدة، مع ذكر تطبيقات الأمانة العامة للأوقاف في دولة الكويت لهذه الصيغة الاستثمارية، وختمت بحثي بذكر أبرز النتائج ومنها: أن المشاركة المتناقصة في الوقف تعد من صيغ الاستثمار المؤثرة في العمل الوقفي، سواء أكانت المشاركة في صالح الوقف أو في صالح الشريك، كما ذكرت من التوصيات المختصة في باب العمل الوقفي، ومنها: استحداث صور شرعية جديدة للاستثمار تتناسب مع العمل الوقفي.

Extent to which the waqf has benefited from this contemporary investment method and its shapes. It came in an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. I mentioned in the introduction that waqf institutions seek to increase their revenues from waqf funds through investment, taking into account the market and global situation. Then I presented in the first section: the concepts and terminology of the search of its merits. In the second section, the shape of the diminishing participation in the section of the waqf are mentioned as two shapes, the first is the end of the diminishing participation to the benefit of the waqf. The second is the end of the diminishing participation to the benefit of the partner, taking into account the diminishing participation in the funds with and without the objects. Then I ruled each shape separately, with the applications of the Secretariat of Awqaf in the State of Kuwait for this investment formula, and concluded my research to mention the most prominent results with the recommendations. I ended my research by mentioning the main results of the research, such as: decreasing participation in the Waqf consider as one of the investments forms that affect the Waqf act. Whether the participation in favor of the Waqf or in the benefit of the partner, and the recommendations of the competent section of work of the Waqf, including the development of a new legal image investment commensurate with the work of the Waq.
