هذا البحث عنون له: الاحتمالات الفقهية الحنابلة. وقد اشتمل على مقدمة، وثلاثة مطالب، وخاتمة، وفهارس. وقد تناولت في البحث التعريف بمصطلح الاحتمال عند الفقهاء والأصوليين، والفرق بين الاحتمال عندهما، والفرق بين الاحتمال والوجه، والنشأة التاريخية للاحتمال عند فقهاء الحنابلة. وختمت البحث بنتائج وتوصيات، ومن النتائج: أن الاحتمال بمعنى الوجه إلا أنه غير مجزوم به في الفتيا. ومن التوصيات: بحث الاحتمالات الفقهية عند غير الحنابلة من أصحاب المذاهب الفقهية الأخرى.
Thesis Title: The Jurisprudential Probabilities in the Book of Equity from Purification section, from the Chapter of Water till the chapter of Wiping over Footwear, studies and compilation. Methodology: Inductive Approach, Research Proposal: This thesis consists of Preface, Introduction, six chapters, Conclusion and Appendices. The introduction provides a biography of the author and background information on his scholars and his students. It also introduces the book of Equity (Insaf). The research sheds light on the definition of the term Probability according to the scholars of jurisprudence (Fiqh) and the fundamentalists and the difference between them regarding probability. It distinguishes between probability and narration of the madhhab. The researcher accounts for the historical beginnings of probability among Hanbali scholars. I have concluded my thesis with results and recommendations, and one of the results is that probability is the same as narration in terms of meaning but it is not considered in authoritative legal opinion (Fatwa). One of the recommendations is that to ascribe the Hanbali jurisprudential probabilities on the fundamental and jurisprudential principles.
