المستخلص: خلق الله الإنسان مكرما دون نظر إلى لون أو جنس أو دين فقال (وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آَدَمَ وَحَمَلْنَاهُمْ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ وَرَزَقْنَاهُمْ مِنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَفَضَّلْنَاهُمْ عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضِيلًا) }الإسراء: 70{ ومن هنا جاءت الأوامر الشرعية كلها مراعية تكريم الله -سبحانه وتعالى- لبني آدم، فالإنسان مكرما في حياته ومماته، ويوم القيامة أمره إلى الله -سبحانه وتعالى-، وقد شرع الله أحكاما للذين يخالفون أوامره، ويعتدون على عباده، مثل: الجلد للقذفة والزناة وشاربي الخمر، وقطع اليد للسراق، وقد اشتمل هذا البحث مقدمة وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج. المبحث الأول: مفهوم العقوبة بالحرق، المبحث الثاني: كلنا ذو خطأ، المبحث الثالث؛ الغلو والتطرف موجود في كل عصر، المبحث الرابع: دراسة الروايات التي جاء فيها العقوبة بالحرق، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها أن الغلو والتطرف موجود في كل عصر، وأنه ليس مرتبطا بدين دون دين، وأن الإسلام جاء رحمة للعالمين، وأن الخير كله في اتباع الهدي النبوي، ومن النتائج أيضا: عدم صحة الروايات التي يستند عليها في جواز الحرق، سوى رواية واحدة وهي مؤولة.

Allah has created man honored regardless color, gender, or religion. Allah says: "Walaqad karramna banee adama wahamalnahum fee albarri waalbahri warazaqnahum mina alttayyibati wafaddalnahum AAala katheerin mimman khalaqna tafdeelan" {Isra :70} This verse means that [Allah has certainly honored the children of Adam and carried them on the land and sea and provided for them of the good things and preferred them over much of what he has created, with preference]. Hence, all the legitimate orders consider honoring the children of Adam. In this regard, man is honored in his life and death, and on the Day of Resurrection his fate is to Allah the Almighty. Allah has prescribed provisions for those who violate His orders, and assault on His worshipers, such as: lashing the adulterers and drinkers of wine, and cut off the hand of the thief, has included. This research includes an introduction, four topics, and a conclusion. The first topic: the concept of punishment via burning, the second topic: we are all commit mistakes, the third topic: hyperbole and extremism present in every era, the fourth topic: the study of stories in which the punishment via burning occurred. One of the most important findings of the current study is that extremism exists in every era, and that it is not associated with a certain religion and not with others. The findings also assured that Islam came as a mercy to all the worlds, and that the whole good is linked to following the Prophet's guidance. Finally the results assured the incorrectness of the narratives that are based on the permissibility of burning in punishment, except one story and is interpreted.
