هدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي قائم على منحى (TPACK) البيداغوجي، ثم التعرف على أثره في تنمية مهارات التدريس لدى معلمي التربية الفنية. ولتحقيق هدف البحث، قامت الباحثتان ببناء برنامج تدريبي من خلال دمج نموذجين للتصميم التعليمي، وهما: النموذج العام للتصميم التعليمي، ونموذج الخيال والزند، والخروج منهما بأنموذج توليفي من تصميم الباحثتان، وقد اعتمدتا المنهج التجريبي، والتصميم التجريبي ذي الضبط الجزئي، والمجموعتين (التجريبية والضابطة)، مع تطبيق اختبار قبلي وبعدي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (36) معلما، ومعلمه من معلمي التربية الفنية للمرحلة الابتدائية، في المديرية العامة للتربية في محافظة بغداد / الرصافة الثالثة - مدينة الصدر، وقد أعدت الباحثتان أداتين للبحث، وهما: 1- اختبار معرفي لقياس مهارات التدريس، والذي تألف من (40) فقرة. 2- أداة الاختبار المهاري (بطاقة الملاحظة على وفق سلم ستانفورد الخماسي)، لملاحظة وتقويم أداء معلمي/ ات التربية الفنية في مهارات التدريس (التشخيص – التخطيط – التنفيذ - التقويم - الاتصال التعليمي - التطوير الذاتي - المسؤولية المهنية والأخلاقية)، وتألفت أداة الاختبار المهاري (بطاقة الملاحظة)، من (60) فقرة وتحققت الباحثتان من صدق أداتي البحث، وثباتهما، من خلال عرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء، والمحكمين، لتصبح الأداتان عندها صالحة للتطبيق على عينة البحث، واستمر التطبيق الاستطلاعي لأداتي البحث من 5/ 11/ 2018، ولغاية 24/ 12/ 2018، وكانت مدة البرنامج التدريبي (5) أيام تدريبية. ومن اهم النتائج التي أسفر عنها البحث الحالي: - ظهر أن حجم الأثر الذي تركه البرنامج التدريبي القائم على منحى (TPACK) البيداغوجي لدى معلمي/ ات المجموعة التجريبية (0.80) في الاختبار المعرفي البعدي، وهو يمثل مؤشرا جيد جدا، يدل على أثر البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية معرفة معلمي / ات في مهارات التدريس - بلغ حجم الأثر الذي تركه البرنامج التدريبي القائم على منحى (TPACK) البيداغوجي لدى معلمي / ات المجموعة التجريبية (0,89) في الاختبار المهاري البعدي، وهو يمثل مؤشرا جيد جدا، يدل على أثر البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات التدريس لديهم.
The aims of this research is to build training program based on the model (TPACK) pedagogy which to make the teachers acquire enough necessary information that make them able to combine the technology with learning. The research problem is summarized in the following question:. Does the model (TPACK) pedagogical have impact in the improvement of studying skills of art education teachers? The researchers formed a training program by combination two patterns for didactic designing, they are : the general pattern for didactic designing and ALKAIAL and AL ZANDS pattern and creating a synthetic pattern is designed by researcher then , the investigation of authenticity of the training program is done by showing it to group of expert and referees .To know the impact of the training program, the researchers depended on the experimental and the experimental designing of the partial controller, and these group (experimental and controller) with practice of test .The sample of researcher consist of (36) teachers, from the teachers of art education for the primary stage for the general of education in Baghdad government /the third Rusafa Al Sadr city .The researchers prepared two tools for the research, they are: 1- Knowledge test to measure the studying skills, which consist of (40) items. 2- The skilled test tool (observation card according to the fivefold Stanford) to observe and assess of the teachers performance of art education in studying skills. (Diagnosis, arrangement, fulfillment, assessment, didactic contact, self-improvement, professional and moral responsibility) the observation card consist of (60) items. The researchers investigated from the authenticity and stability of the research tools, by showing them to group of expert and referees, in order to become valid for practice on the research sample. The practice of the survey for the survey for research tools continues from 5 8 to 24/12/ 2018, the training period was (5)training days. The most important result of current research: • The volume of the impact which was left by the training program which based on the model (TPACK) pedagogical of the experiment group teachers was (0.80) in the knowledge test and it represent Avery good pointer and it indicates on the training program impact in the enhance the knowledge of the teachers in studying skills. • The volume of the impact which was left by the training program which based on the model (TPACK) pedagogical of the experiment group teachers was (0.80) in the skilled test and it represent Avery good pointer and it indicates on the impact training program in the enhancement of their studying skills
