هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الفروق بين المراهقين المعتمدين على المواد المؤثرة نفسياً، في مقابل المراهقين غير المعتمدين، وذلك على متغيرات الشخصية وهي (قلق المستقبل، الأمن النفسي، التفاؤل والتشاؤم)، من أجل إلقاء الضوء، على تلك المتغيرات، التي قد ترتبط بالتعاطي والاعتماد على المواد النفسية، ومن ثم الوقاية منها وحماية المراهقين من الوقوع تحت وطأة التعاطي والإدمان، وكذلك اكتساب مزيد من القدرة على علاج الاعتماد والعمل على الحماية والوقاية من الانتكاسة والعودة للتعاطي مرة أخرى، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 120 مراهقاً، وقسمت إلى 60 مراهقاً من المعتمدين على المواد المؤثرة نفسياً، وقد تم اختيارهم من ثلاث أماكن وهي (العيادة الخارجية للخط الساخن لعلاج الإدمان بمستشفى الصحة النفسية بالعباسية، والعيادة الخارجية لعلاج الإدمان بمستشفى الصحة النفسي بشبين الكوم، والعيادة الخارجية ووحدة علاج الأعراض الانسحابية بالقسم الداخلي بمستشفى الصحة النفسية بحلوان، و60 مراهقاً من غير المعتمدين من طلاب المدارس الثانوية الفرقة الأولى من كلية الآداب، وتراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (15- 18) عاماً، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المقارن، واستخدم الباحث أدوات كالتالي: (مقياس قلق المستقبل، ومقياس الأمن النفسي وكلاهما من (إعداد زينب شقير، 2005)، والقائمة العربية للتفاؤل والتشاؤم (إعداد أحمد محمد عبد الخالق، 1996) وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المراهقين المعتمدين على المواد المؤثرة نفسياً والمراهقين غير المعتمدين على مقياس قلق المستقبل في اتجاه المراهقين المعتمدين، كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المراهقين المعتمدين على المواد المؤثرة نفسياً والمراهقين غير المعتمدين على مقياس الأمن النفسي في اتجاه المراهقين غير المعتمدين، كما تبين أن المراهقين المعتمدين على المواد النفسية لديهم ميول تشاؤمية مقارنتا بغير المعتمدين أكثر تفاؤلاً وأقل تشاؤماً وهذا كأثر ناتج من الاعتماد على المواد المؤثرة نفسياً.
The aim of the study was to identify the differences between adolescents who rely on psychologically influencing substances, as opposed to non¬approved adolescents, on the personality variables (anxiety of the future, psychological security, optimism and pessimism) to shed light on those variables that may relate to dependence and dependence. On the psychological materials, and then prevent them and protect adolescents from falling under the burden of abuse and addiction, as well as gain more ability to treat dependence and work on protection and prevention of relapse and return to abuse again, study consisted of 120 adolescents and was divided into 60 adolescents of the dependents on the psychologically influential substances. They were selected from three places (mental health hospital in Abbasia, And the outpatient clinic and the unit of treatment of withdrawal symptoms in the mental health hospital in Helwan, and 60 adolescents of non- accredited secondary school students and the first division of the Faculty of Arts, and ranged between (15: 18) years, The study relied on the descriptive method,: (Measure of future Anxiety, and the measure of psychological security and both of them (Zeinab Shakir, 2005), Measure of optimism and pessimism, (Ahmed Abd el Khaliq, 1996), And the results showed that there were statistically significant differences between adolescents who are dependent on psychoactive drugs and non- dependent future anxiety, In the direction of adolescents dependent on psychoactive drugs, and there were statistically significant differences between adolescents who are dependent on psychoactive drugs and non- dependent ones psychological security, In the direction of adolescents non- dependent, And stressed that adolescents relying on psychoactive drugs have pessimistic tendencies compared to non- accredited more optimistic and less pessimistic and this as an effect of dependence on psychoactive drugs.
