تنقضي شركات الأموال بإحدى الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى دخولها مرحلة التصفية، وأسباب الانقضاء التي تتعرض لها شركات الأموال وتؤدي الى فنائها هي ذات الأسباب التي تنقضي بها عموم الشركات سواء أكانت شركات أموال أم أشخاص. بيد أن هناك أسباب خاصة تنقضي بها شركات الأموال لقيامها على الاعتبار المالي والانقضاء على نوعين: نوع يعقبه تصفية الشركة كحالة انتهاء مدة الشركة مثلا أو إفلاسها، ونوع لا يعقبه تصفية كحالتي الدمج والتحول، لان التصفية غايتها تسوية حقوق والتزامات الشركة ودفع حقوق الدائنين ثم قسمة ما تبقى على الشركاء، وفي الدمج والتحول تنتقل الحقوق والالتزامات إلى الشركة الدامجة أو التي جرى التحول لها. وإذا كانت التصفية بمثابة إجراء وجوبي يلي حالة الانقضاء التي تتعرض لها شركات الأموال فإن هذا الأجراء يقتضي بقاء الشخصية المعنوية للشركة وبالقدر اللازم لعملية التصفية ومتطلباتها.
Money Companies expire by one of the reasons that lead them to the liquidation stage, the expire reasons which the money companies exposed lead to their annihilation are the same reasons that expire all companies, whether money companies or individuals. The expiry has two types: one followed by liquidation of the company, such as the expiration of the period of the company or the bankruptcy, and second type that is not followed by liquidation, like merger and conversion, because liquidation aims to settle the rights and obligations of the company and pay the rights of creditors and then dividing the remaining for the partners, in the merger and conversion, the rights and obligations transfer to the merger company or the company that has been transformed. If the liquidation is an compulsory procedure following the expiry of the money companies, the procedures will require the remaining of company legal personality, as to the extent necessary for the liquidation process and its requirements.
