هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير قائمة بالمعايير المهنية لمعلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي في ضوء التوجهات الاستراتيجية لتمهين التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية من خلال التعرف على ماهية الاقتصاد المنزلي والمتطلبات الواجب توافرها في معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي لتحقيق أهداف تدريسه بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وكذلك المرتكزات النظرية لمفهوم تمهين التعليم، ومتطلبات تحقيقه، ونماذج المعايير المهنية للمعلم ببعض الدول استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال عرض وتحليل للدراسات السابقة، والمؤلفات الأدبية في مجال الدراسة خاصة المرتبطة بمعايير الاعتماد المهني للمعلم وتراخيص مزاولة مهنة التعليم، وتحليل مقررات مادة الاقتصاد المنزلي في الصفوف المختلفة للمرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية بالمملكة العربية السعودية لاستخلاص أهدافه ومتطلبات تحقيقها المرتبطة بأدوار معلمة الاقتصاد المنزلي، وكذلك تحليل مكونات التوجهات الاستراتيجية للمملكة فيما يرتبط بتمهين التعليم من حيث الرؤية والرسالة والقيم والأهداف لاستخلاص المتطلبات المرتبطة بها في معايير تمهين التعليم، واستطلاع آراء مجموعة من الخبراء في مجال التربية بصورة عامة، وخبراء مناهج وطرق تدريس الاقتصاد المنزلي ومعلماته ومشرفاته التربويات فيما يخص المعايير التي يجب تضمينها بقائمة المعايير المهنية لمعلمة الاقتصاد المنزلي.
The study aims to develop a list of professional standards for teachers of home economics in the light of strategic directions for the Professionalization of education in Saudi Arabia by identifying what is the home economy and the requirements that must be met in the teachers of home economics to achieve the objectives of teaching in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as the theoretical foundations of the concept of education Professionalization, and the requirements to achieve it. The study used the descriptive analytical method by presenting and analyzing the previous studies, literary literature in the field of study, especially related to the standards of professional accreditation of the teacher and licenses to practice the profession of education, and analysis of the decisions of home economics in the different grades of primary, intermediate and secondary levels in Saudi Arabia to derive its objectives and the requirements of achieving them related to the roles of teachers Domestic economy, as well as the analysis of the components of the strategic directions of the Kingdom in relation to the Professionalization of education in terms of vision, mission, values and goals to derive the requirements associated Insulting education, and to explore the views of a group of experts in the field of education in general, experts curricula and methods of teaching home economics, and his teachers and his Educational supervisors with respect to the criteria that must be included with a list of professional standards for home economics teacher.
