|a يتناول هذا البحث الضوابط الأصولية للعلاقة بين الحضارات، فقد انتشرت نظريات عدة في الأوساط الفكرية عن هذه العلاقة، أشهرها نظرية صدام الحضارات، ونظريه حوار الحضارات، ونظريه تعارف الحضارات، لكنها في جملتها لم تصف إلا جانبا واحدا من العلاقة. يمكن النظر إلى العلاقة على مراحل تبدأ بالتعارف وتمر بالبحث عن المشتركات والتعاون عليها، ثم تنتهي بالحوار في المختلفات، وإذا حدث الصدام والصراع فالتعامل معه بضوابط تحفظ كرامة الإنسان وتحد من انتشار الشر والباطل. يختلف مفهوم الصدام في الفكر الغربي الذي يدعو إلى السيطرة على الآخر وإلغاء تأثيره، عن التدافع في المفهوم الإسلامي الذي يراه سنة إلهية من أجل تحقيق العدل والحق وليس إلغاء الآخر. يتلخص أهم الضوابط للعلاقة بين الحضارات في عدم إخلالها بالكليات الخمس، واندراجها في المأذون به شرعا، وعدم خروجها عن المراتب الثلاثة للمقاصد، وتحقيقها للمقاصد الخاصة من تحقيق السلام العالمي، والتعارف والتعرف، والتعاون الاقتصادي والسياسي والعلمي، وحماية البيئة والموارد الطبيعية التي تخدم المجتمع الإنساني.

|b This research deals with elementary rules related to civilizations with regard to scientific (Principles of Fiqh), many theories came up among the intellectual canters associated with this type of relation. The most famous ones are the clash of civilization theory, negotiations of civilization theory, and acquaintance of civilization theory. However, these theories covered one side of this relation. This relation can be considered in some different stages: it starts with an introduction, and searching for the correlated points that can be concluded dealing with them up. The final stage ends with arguing the differences. Even if, clash and war happens, there should be some rules in order to deal with them to save the humanity and limit out the harm and being unfair. The term of clash in western concentrations in which requires to control others and eliminate their powers, differs from the term of defence in Islamic concentrations that resembles as universal rule in order to bring about fairness and justice not eradicating others. The most important rules associated with civilizations can be concluded that they do not confront with general five intentions of Sharia and follow the allowance of Sharia. Moreover, they also do not cross the third level of general intentions and bringing special intentions such as: global peace; introducing and accepting each other; assisting economics, politics and scientific affairs; reserving environment and human resources that serve the human society
