المستخلص: جاءت الدراسة بعنوان عولمة الشركات وتأثيرها على سيادة الدول، في ثلاثة مباحث، حيث تناول المبحث الأول الشركات متعددة الجنسيات من حيث التعريف والمفهوم والعناصر، وأسباب ظهورها، ثم ظاهر العولمة وأدواتها، متطرقة على تعريف العولمة لغويا واصطلاحا وتاريخ بروزها وأصل النشأة من حيث الموضوع، ثم شموليتها لباقي الموضوعات، ومن ثم تناولت المشكلات على سيادة الدول، وفي المبحث الثالث والأخير تم فيه نقاش أثر الشركات متعددة الجنسيات على العولمة، ثم على سيادة الدول باستغلال العولمة على المستوى الداخلي والإقليمي والدولي، في تزايد فرص نفاذها عبر الحدود الوطنية للدول، ومقدرة تلك الشركات في السيطرة والتملك متجاوزة للحدود الجغرافية المتعارف عليها قانونا، ومن ثم التأثير على سيادة الدول في وظائفها التقليدية، سيما الدول الضعيفة، مستفيدة من نتائج العولمة، وهي المحور الجوهري للدراسة أدوات العولمة والتي تتمثل في المنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية، والشركات متعددة الجنسيات، والإعلام العالمي وفي المبحث الثاني تطرقت الدراسة على المشكلات التي تثيرها العولمة وتأثير تلك، متبعا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي ثم المقارن، وختمت الدراسة بالنتائج والتوصيات، من ابرز تلك النتائج: ساعدت العولمة في تزايد دور جماعات الضغط العالمية، كالمنظمات العالمية في مجال الحريات وحقوق الإنسان وحرية الصحافة والرأي في التأثير على صناع القرار في كثير من الدول بما يخدم أهدافها ومصالح الدول الكبرى التي تزعمها، لعبت الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات دورا مؤثرا فيما ذكر من عمليات الاستهلاك للمنتجات عبر العولمة، ولا يختلف ذلك عن استخدام هذه المؤسسات للعلوم الاجتماعية والسلوكية وتوظيفها في خدمة هذا الغرض، ثم إضعاف سيادة الدول، وهناك توصيات من أبرزها: العولمة ظاهرة كونية نتاج المعرفة والتقدم التقني، ينبغي على الدول التكيف معها علميا بالحفاظ على ثقافتها، ينبغي على بلاد العالم الثالث السعي الجاد نحو الارتقاء والموائمة وكسر الجمود المعرفي ومحاربة الفقر الفكري المتراكم.

The study, entitled "Globalization of Companies and Their Impact on State, Sovereignty", came in three chapters .The first topic dealt with multinational corporations in terms of definition, concept and elements, the reasons for their emergence, and the phenomenon of globalization and its tools. It focused on the definition of linguistic globalization, its history, its origin and its origin in terms of subject matter, its comprehensiveness of the other subjects, Governmental and non-governmental organizations, multinational companies and the global media. The second topic dealt with the problems posed by globalization and the impact of these problems on the sovereignty of countries. In the third and final topic, the impact of multinational companies on globalization was discussed. The sovereignty of States by exploiting globalization at the internal, regional and international levels, by increasing opportunities for their entry across the national borders of States, and by their ability to control and acquire beyond the legally recognized geographical boundaries, thereby influencing the sovereignty of States in their traditional functions, particularly weak States, Which is the core of the study, followed by the descriptive, analytical and comparative approach, and concluded the study with conclusions and recommendation the most prominent of these results: Globalization has helped to increase the role of global lobbying groups, such as international organizations in the field of freedoms, human rights, freedom of the press and opinion to influence decision makers in many countries to serve their goals and the interests of the major powers that they claim, Multinational corporations have played an influential role in the consumption processes of products through globalization, and this differs from the use of these social and behavioral sciences to serve this purpose, and then to weaken the sovereignty of States, Some of the most important recommendations are: Globalization is a global phenomenon, the product of knowledge and technical progress. Countries must adapt scientifically to it by preserving its culture third world countries should strive to improve and harmonize and break the cognitive stalemate and fight accumulated intellectual poverty.
