Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the faithful Prophet. After: This is a research contract entitled: (A Critical Study the Book of: (Freedom of Belief in the Holy Quran) through the Doctrine of Sunnis) Aims to answer the suspicions contained in the book (freedom of belief in the Holy Quran) for the researcher: Abdul Rahman Halali. Which focused on the provisions of apostasy and tribute, and make it contrary to personal religious freedoms, citing conversations from the Quran. This research included: a preface, three topics, conclusion and indexes. The boot contains: a brief presentation of the contents of the book, and general observations on the objectivity of the researcher. The first topic: Discussing the researcher in his understanding of the Qur'anic texts directly in establishing freedom of belief. And the second topic: the researcher's discussion of his understanding of the indirect Koranic texts in establishing the freedom of belief. And the third topic: to discuss the issues that raised the researcher's questions about freedom of belief. The main findings of this study are: i. The objective studies in the areas of legitimacy cannot be valid results only by limiting all the evidence from the Koran and Sunnah and what emerged from them in the subject to be studied, otherwise it is flawed. ii. The non-objectivity causes me the necks of the texts, distorting their meanings. iii. The meaning of the Almighty. there is no compulsion in religion, not related to the provisions of apostasy. iv. The killing of the apostate is a legitimate limit that does not contradict religious freedom. v. The tribute is a legal rule that is legislated in the event of fighting and peace and does not conflict with religious freedom. The main recommendations were: i. The recommendation of researchers to adhere to objectivity in scientific research. ii. The recommendation of students of forensic science, especially students of faith, to pay attention to the study of intellectual production of contemporary mental trends.
