هذه الدراسة متعلقة بالأهداف الاستراتيجية للمركز العالمي لمحاربة الفكر المتطرف (اعتدال)، الذي يعني بالوقاية من الأفكار المتطرفة المنحرفة ويعالجها ويقدم التوعية للمجتمعات منها، ويقدم شراكات مؤسسية ومجتمعية ودولية وعالمية لتحقيق الأهداف السامية في استقرار وسلامة وأمن الإنسانية، ومن أهداف البحث: بيان مفهوم الفكر المتطرف ودوافعه، بيان موقف الشريعة من التطرف والانحراف الفكري، التعريف بالمركز العالمي لمكافحة التطرف (اعتدال)، تحليل ودراسة أهداف المركز الاستراتيجية في التوعية والوقاية من الفكر المتطرف والشراكة الدولية لمواجهته، ووضع الآثار الاستشرافية لها، إبراز خصائص الأهداف الاستراتيجية ومتطلبات تحقيقها والعوامل المؤثرة فيها، ومن نتائج الدراسة: أن مفهوم التطرف يقاس على ميزان الشريعة الإسلامية والفطرة الإنسانية، تختلف دوافع الجماعات المتطرفة والأحزاب الضالة وتتفق في نتائجها وآثارها الإفسادية، أن الشريعة الإسلامية دعت إلى التكاتف والاجتماع والاعتصام بحبل الله، ونهت عن الفرقة والاختلاف، الأهمية العظمى والفائدة القصوى للمركز العالمي لمكافحة الفكر المتطرف وما يمثله من دور مفصلي في التوعية بالفكر المتطرف ومحاربته ودحره بالوسائل والأساليب المناسبة، العمق الفكري والإنساني لأهداف المركز وما تحويه من بعد استراتيجي يناسب المرحلة، ومن توصيات الدراسة: الحرص على النشاط الإعلامي للمركز داخل المملكة وخارجها، عقد العديد من الدورات والمحاضرات واللقاءات المتنوعة، المتضمنة لأهداف المركز وتطلعاته والتهديدات الإرهابية المعاصرة، إحياء الدراسات والبحوث الأكاديمية المتعلقة بأهداف المركز ورسالته (إنشاء وحدة بحثية أكاديمية)، التعاون مع الأقسام العلمية المتخصصة في الجامعات السعودية داخل المملكة وفي الجامعات خارج المملكة، ومن الأقسام العلمية في داخل المملكة: قسم الدراسات الإسلامية المعاصرة بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، استقطاب المؤهلين إلى المركز من المؤسسات والجهات ذات العلاقة، الحذر عند اتخاذ الإجراءات والتأكد من أي عمل قبل الشروع فيه، لكي لا تقع المظالم على الأشخاص.
This study is related to the strategic objectives of the Global Center for Countering Extremism (Eitidal), which is concerned with the prevention, treatment and awareness of extremist twisted ideologies, and provides awareness to communities as well as institutional, community, international and global partnerships to achieve the supreme goals which are the stability, safety and security of humanity. Objectives of research: is to explain the concept of extremist thinking and its motivations, and demonstrate the position of Sharia from extremism and intellectual deviation, to define the Global Center for Countering Extremism, to analyze and study the Center's strategic objectives of awareness, prevention of extremist thinking and the international partnership to confront it and to highlight the characteristics of the strategic objectives and the requirements of their achievement and the factors affecting them. Results of the study: The concept of extremism is measured on the balance of Islamic law and human instinct. The motives of extremist groups and misguided parties vary and are consistent with their consequences and evils impacts. The Islamic Sharia called for unity and to hold firmly to the rope of Allah, and renounced the division and difference, the great importance and optimal benefit of the Global Center for Countering Extremism and its pivotal role in raising awareness, fighting and defeating extremist ideology through appropriate means and methods. The intellectual and human in-depth of the Center's objectives and its strategic dimension that fits the current stage Recommendations of the study: Taking care of the media activity of the Center inside and outside the Kingdom, holding many sessions, lectures and various meetings, including the Center's objectives and aspirations and contemporary terrorist threats, reviving studies and academic research related to the objectives and mission of the Center (establishing an academic research unit), the cooperation with specialized scientific departments in Saudi universities within the Kingdom and in universities outside the Kingdom, among the scientific sections within the Kingdom is the Department of Contemporary Islamic Studies at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, attracting qualified individuals to the Center from relevant institutions and entities, being cautious when taking action and checking any work before starting it, so that the grievances do not fall on people.
