انتشر الفكر الليبرالي في المجتمعات بصفة عامة، وازداد معه من الجدل والنقاش في أوساط المثقفين، بين داع إليه ومحذر منه، على نحو يستدعي الوقوف حولها لمعرفة حقيقتها، وبيان جذورها في المنظومة الفكرية الغربية، وكذلك بيان علاقتها ببعض المفاهيم الغربية كالفلسفة، والحرية. من أجل ذلك كله، وقع الاختيار على موضوع بعنوان: (الاتجاهات الفلسفية وانتقالها إلى العالم الإسلامي الليبرالية "أنموذجا")، ويتكون هذا البحث من: مقدمة، وثلاثة فصول، وخاتمة، تتضمن النتائج والتوصيات، خصص الفصل الأول: لبيان أثر الليبرالية في الفكر الإنساني، وأفرد الفصل الثاني: لبيان أثر الليبرالية في العالم العربي، وبين في الفصل الثالث: التعرف على بعض أعلام الفكر الليبرالي، ومنهم: جون لوك، ومحمد أركون، وكانت النتائج التي أسفر عنها البحث: أن الليبرالية مذهب فلسفي، تغلغل في الفكر الغربي، من القرن الرابع عشر الميلادي، تأثر بحركة الإصلاح الديني التي كانت تهز المجتمعات الغربية في تلك الفترة، وأنها مذهب يقوم على الفردية والحرية والاستقلالية والعقلانية، ويبني على هذه الأركان تصوراته للفكر والحياة، وقد كانت ثمة توصيات خلص إليها البحث، لعل منها: تكثيف الجهود العلمية والأكاديمية حول مزيد من البحث عن الليبرالية لكشف أهدافها وأغراضها الفكرية وخطرها على المجتمعات عامة، والإسلامية خاصة، وضرورة السعي إلى ترجمة بعض الكتابات التي كتبها الليبراليون مما يحوي خلاصة أفكارهم الخطيرة، على أن يصحب تلك الترجمات دراسات نقدية تبين وجه الخطورة فيها، ومدى مخالفتها لتعاليم ديننا الحنيف.
Liberal thinking spread in societies in general, and increased with it a lot of debate among the intellectuals, between calling for it, and warring from it. In a way that requires standing around it to know its truth, and to show its roots in the Western intellectual system, as well as its relationship with some Western concepts such as philosophy and freedom. For all these reasons this topic has been chosen entitled "Philosophical Trends and Their Transition to the Liberal Islamic World" "Libral as a model.", The research consists of an introduction and three chapters, Chapter I: The Impact of Liberalism on Human Thought, Chapter II: The Impact of Liberalism in the Arab World, Chapter III: The famous of liberal thought. John Locke and Mohammed Arkoun, After this deep reading in liberal thought, and some of its effects in the Arab world, the following conclusions were reached: First, liberalism is a philosophical doctrine deeply affected by Western thought, of the fourteenth century, influenced by the movement of religious reform that was shaking Western societies at that time. Second: Liberalism is a philosophical doctrine based on individualism, freedom, independence and rationality, and it is based on these concepts of thought and life. After learning about the truth of liberal thought, and some of its effects on Arab societies, the following recommendations were reached: First, intensify the scientific and academic efforts on further research on liberalism to expose its objectives and intellectual purposes and its danger to the societies in general, and Islamic in particular. Second, it is necessary to translate some writings written by the liberals, which contains a summary of their serious ideas, accompanied by those translations critical studies showing the seriousness of them, and the extent of the difference from the teachings of our religion Islam.
